I have been an active player on LeoVegas for I would say around a year and am now at level 36 VIP. Now I don’t particularly understand what I get for being this level and don’t particularly know if this is reasonably high or not!? When I first signed up to LeoVegas I didn’t know about affiliation so my account isn’t tagged to a streamer but I was getting bonus offers I would say on average twice a week. I thought this was an extremely good site and used to deposit and play at all times when these offers came through. I then decided to take a break and self exclude myself for around a month or so with live chat. When my account got reopened I ask live chat if I was set up for receiving deposit/bonus offers which the reply was yes. The last deposit/bonus offer I have received from LeoVegas was at the end of October last year. I have the email to prove it! Does this sound correct? Since then I have deposited quite substantially and have never received a thing. Not even a free spin!! When I go and ask live chat all they say is sorry we can’t offer you anything at this time but make sure to go to the promotions page and look out for offers. Now what I really can’t understand is a friend of mine who I recommended to use LeoVegas has deposited small amounts and is no more than level 10 VIP and he receives offers all the time by email and text. Why is it that me being level 36 and depositing more than a £100+ a time never get any sort of loyalty whatsoever? Anybody got any ideas? Its such a shame because I often play at LeoVegas on my phone and the app is brilliant and the range of games is the same. But I really feel I should stop playing here if no loyalty comes forward! In the beginning I got quite a lot of bonuses and perks. (not linked to an affiliate) After a self exclusion period.. I logged on and put an deposit limit on... After that my bonuses and perks have almost dropped down to non exsisting... I've also got the same thought as you.. Stop playing on that casino if the perks don't start to drop in again... Hmm..... that’s quite interesting to know that you too self excluded for a period of time and come back and then nothing! They ARE an excellent casino in terms of games offerings, super fast withdrawals etc. but if you're after bonuses, compensation etc. you're better off looking elsewhere in my opinion. Link to comment

As slotplayer says above, look elsewhere if you want cashback/promotions. EnergyCasino for example offer a 50% bonus every week and once you get 1000 loyality points, you can claim a 100% bonus monthly up to £/€200 using coupon codes. Great for Novos etc. Link to comment

I do play at other casinos but they aren't as mobile friendly as LeoVegas. Time to give LeoVegas the boot and delete my account. You can also get a 2018 calendar with loyality points and receive £50 no deposit bonus each month or £200 bonus money other months.
