White hat gaming, directly frauding players?

Hello, i've been here for some time in the shadows,  i want to tell my story about white hat gaming and askgamblers in partnership directly frauding alot of players.

I've lost my fair share of bonuses due to not reading the TC properly, but i've been burned a few times so now i always read them through.

It started with miamidice which i accidently bet max bet 1 time and got my winnings forfeited. the bet was 60NOK and the bonus had a maximum of 50NOK, it was 1 spin and i didn't win anything, but they forfeited my winnings about 30.000NOK.

Same group has now started a lot of new casinos, one of them which i tried recently had good reviews on askgamblers and other places i use to collect information.

So i tried spinrider, i got a 200% bonus and all was going well, played a few machines and ended up with a almost 40,000nok profit. Which was nice.
But all good things come to and end; they stated i was abusing their bonuses, which they would not refer to any in particular, just that i had account on 3 of their sites and acted in bad faith.
So in their mind i was abusing their bonus.

I got a mail that i was banned from opening a new or deposit on an existing account in any of their casinos. But they were gonna pay me my winnings, that was almost 4 weeks ago.
And now my patience is gone and i do not know what to do. They have yet to answer any mails, even tho i think i wrote them quite professionaly and in a good manner, livesupport are trying to help, but they are just telling me to wait and that money is on it's way, which they clearly are not.

But the weird part here is that askgamblers are actually defending all of theese sites by deleting complaints and bad reviews. And for no reason, except that they promote all of them heavily.
I think this really hurts the integrity of askgamblers and white hat gaming. And i would like suggestions to what i can do about it.

When my bad reviews were up, i got 5 PM's instantly about people having the excact same problem and their reviews beeing deleted, and almost all of their casinos is still on a well above 8/10 stars.
Even thought they get 5-10 negative reviews each day.

@URBAN unfortunately that group has had a lot of complaints reg. Bonus abuse banning, when in fact you didn't break the rules of the bonus. Keep pushing them for the payout, as it is stated in their terms that they will payout the money and after that you are banned on their sites and sister sites!

I wouldnt trust askgamblers at all, just watch a casino like Barbados casino with top score, with kinda useless terms.

 

 

Ithis is the reason i havent registered or played at more casinos then SPinrider, i raped their really bad term bonus wagering D+B 35x + 50 shitty freespins needed wagering to before u could withdraw anything at all.

 

 

Try have some 3rd party person or company help you out. i read alot of ppl get the money, also that ppl have gotten the money even though u accidentally max bet.

 

U shouldnt lose 30k just bcs of one mistake, then the casino should have a max bet option that kicks you out of the game.

I have been pretty lucky with White Hat Gaming,I am a small stakes player anyway but quite a few seem to be caught in controversy with them and I've noticed Miami Dice is the main one in the numbers I have heard of. I've tried to sign up with casinos through streamers affiliate links so as to have a little bit of a chance of better contact if problems crop up.

OP that sucks. I urge you to contact UKGC . Your funds under UK law on that casino will have been ringfenced from the casino's general funds. For them to withhold monies from you for this length of time under these circumstances is reprehensible. I can almost guarantee you will be paid immediately if you give them a name and a reference from UKGC as the casino is violating its licensing conditions. There have been a number of mumours lately about major brands (e.g. 888) losing their licenses so miamidice and spinrider (both of which I was a member of) won't ignore anything with a UKGC reference

FWIW I have beaten the wagering on deposit bonuses at miamidice and spinrider (got a dream run on spinrider, bonanza, 300 shields and hot mode on T2). I've also beaten the wagering on several other of their casinos (e.g. diamond7, spinland etc). They sent me an email a couple of weeks ago saying that after reviewing my account they have banned me from taking bonuses on any site on their network. In response I told them that was nice and they can gf themselves, close my accounts, and never bother me again. I told them that if my email address gets spammed by welcome offers after I have self-excluded and closed my accounts that I will report them to UKGC. Guess what? My inbox is stuffed with their offers. 

If anyone needs a recommendation for a good casino with nice games (including BTG) and a 200% deposit bonus then I would try verajohn.co.uk.

I like VeraJohn but until they get Blueprint they are a major game provider short.

This the Vera+John that send you to resolver to file a complaint and nothing happens for 12 weeks? Only then can you go to eCogra. My issue was with Intercasino who actually dont appear on Resolver and I was referred to the parent groups complaints on there. If anyone from this company is on here you can PM me. This was from some time ago by the way.

@OP. 

Please provide us with screenshots, and push for official representatives of the company to provide you with information on what exactly you did wrong, and what kind of terms you are in breach of. 

Share it with us please. Just typing in your experience here, and sharing your frustration can unfortunately easily be ignored. Once you have more "meat to the bone" it's easier to rally up the support needed to force them to take action.
