Availability Novomatics for targetmarket Netherlands

So for players in the Netherlands Novomatic should not be available Online just like IGT. However where I can not play IGT on any online casino. Novomatics are some what available for me. On Videoslots I can see 15 machines available (see screenshot) Also on Casumo it looks like most of the available, 106 of them when you search under Novomatic. So if you are from NL and you are looking for your Novo fix you dont have to leave the house and go to Holland Casino, you can find some on these casino's. 

Does anyone know why this is different per online casino btw. Does an online casino decide themselfs what is available or not? Why is IGT consistent but Novo is not? Just hit me that Merkur is also not available for the dutch market anymore, RIP Magic Mirror Deluxe II.

@Ki4Life indeed one some sites novo's are availlable, in the past i also had a site where every novo machine was availlable for us dutch people, just forgot wich site it was. On casumo you can play novo's but not all games, i dont know about the other sites. merkur is blocked on every site i play, cant find one where it is working.

@Smackdowncasino Im pretty sure that casinos themselves choose which games are available. Might be a cost issue to have too many available? Don't really know that though

It may depend on laws also whare and which country can certain slot providers be played. On novomatics an example would be that i think book of maya for example has been available in europe way before it came to the UK. I think thats correct chi man. So that tells me there must have been some law or some agreement between casino and casino slot providers that book of maya remains in europe until a certain date then the casino can let it in to be played in the UK.

like i think wee are still waiting on lucky ladys charm deluxe 6 in the UK. All in all the circle of laws, slot providers, and casino's will all be going on chi man which kinda determines how many and what type of slot is available at various casino's. 

I would assume that casino's will adhere to these rules because if they chance it and release a slot to a country that they are not suppose to, that would lead to a heavy penalty or sanctions or fines. 

Thats just my opinion chi man on the amount of slots a casino may be allowed. That circle of law, slot providers, casino's.

But MOON P should be available 24/7 to every casino in the world. Right man?❤☺.
