slotsofun Posted 25 December, 2017 Share Posted 25 December, 2017 Seems ridiculous to me, but what you could do is show any statements related to that same account/card I suppose. You'd have cut the card and threw it away by now I'd imagine so best tell them that in the first place. Link to comment
Kimon789 Posted 25 December, 2017 Author Share Posted 25 December, 2017 I found old pictures of the card. But they didnt approve them. They asked me to sign the back of the card... Link to comment
mrcellobello Posted 25 December, 2017 Share Posted 25 December, 2017 ask your bank if they could copy the old credit card on paper. Most bank have it saved for 10 years. Link to comment
Breinaaja Posted 25 December, 2017 Share Posted 25 December, 2017 I haven't heard of any casino asking for the back side of the credit card..? Front side will be enough. Link to comment
Kimon789 Posted 25 December, 2017 Author Share Posted 25 December, 2017 The casino is guts.com. It feels like they just want to delay as long as possible so I'll tire and cancel my withdrawal and start playing for my winnings. last time i ever play there! Link to comment
Skylined87 Posted 25 December, 2017 Share Posted 25 December, 2017 Talk to support @Kimon789, ask them why they want a picture of your old card. Also, explain to them the situation if you have not already. Keep calm and don't gamble your winnings away. Link to comment
ryans_slots Posted 29 December, 2017 Share Posted 29 December, 2017 This why you should deposit via neteller/skrill if not playing with a bonus, as 1) simple payments, faster cashouts and the funds are in the e-wallets very short time, videoslots is the fastest I ever had for skrill deposits and withdrawals, approx 4-16mins on average.
