Not being allowed to wager my bonus funds

Hi guys and streamers. I had an incredible win on Dead or Alive the other night on Lady Lucks Casino. I won £3932 on a £0.72p stake. I triggered this feature while I was essentially in bonus funds (Deposited £60 for a 50% £30 bonus) as my balance was below £30. However I am now being told I can't wager as the feature (Mega slot won) was triggered with "mixed wagering". I have a balance of over £4000 but only £1900 is real money and the rest bonus money which is over £2100. I thought it would be a case of wagering the £30 bonus but I can't do that due the slot win being triggered with "mixed wagering". All very confusing I know. So basically I have to write off over £2100 of bonus funds in order to withdraw. In all my years of online gambling I have never had a situation like this. The hit I got on Dead or Alive was a double wildline hit, a once in a lifetime hit and I am truly gutted my biggest ever slot win has turned into this. I was wondering if anyone has had a problem like this before and able to help me out. I have attached a screenshot of an email to help explain the mixed wagering in more detail and the Dead or Alive hit.

Thanks

Well i guess that's the support is right you had some luck and bad luck at the same time. What a garbage timing for you to hit that with mixed money... I think your best option is to withdrawal the amount you can and forfeit the bonus money, still a lot of money from a £30 deposit. And be careful in the future with similar happenings, play your "money money" to zero before you touch bonus money is my advice.

hmm, seems like a messed up situation, i can see what they mean and all that. Not going to lie even i'm confused as to why you couldn't just wager through the £30 on a none restricted game and then withdraw the remaining balance. i'm assuming that it's something like 35x wagering on £30. which would be £1050 or close enough, so once thats been wagered with your current real money balance surely there should be no objection to withdrawing the full amount as all conditions have been met. Don't quite get the difference between wagering with cash that is deposited and wagering with cash that is won, which is all pretty normal. hmm.. don't know just seems off to me. Not entirely sure as to why essentially winning stop you from being able to wager.

As I understand it it's a bonus that's activated when your balance is used (for example they have those on leovegas) so the bonusmoney isn't touched before the real money is used. And the timing so was bad for him that he hit that in the middle of regular money and bonus money, not much to do it counts 0.34 of the bet as real money and 0.38 as bonus.

@jankkee thanks for the feedback, that looks like my only option just now. It was a £60 deposit for a £30 bonus. I never had the chance to play the my money to zero as I started with a balance of £90 after deposit and didn't have a chance to play my real money to a zero balance if you know what I mean. The bonus money was always there in terms of the balance.

@Bendelonge Hi there. It doesn't sit well with me at all tbh. In all my years I have never ever come across something like this. Trust it to come after my biggest slot win ever which is now being more than halved :(!!!

Not far off. It is a X50wagering so it should be a 1500 wager. If anything I would have been happy if this mega slot feature win triggered in full bonus funds, then I would have 1500 to wager with a 4000 balance. It shouldn't be allowed that this slot win was triggered in a mix of bonus money and real money. It should either be full bonus funds or full real money funds in my eyes.

It's shocking really that this has happened. How can a casino expect me to write off £2100 just like that. In all fairness I just want to wager what I am due which should be the case.

I don't know anyone else that this has ever happened to before.

Totally gutted it's put me off online slots

I have spoken to the Casino manager today and my only option she told me to do is to cancel the bonus funds. She made it pretty clear over the phone that even with a £4100 balance I can't wager as the bonus was triggered with (mixed money) real and bonus money. It's a piece of nonsense if you ask me to be honest and completely unfair/wrong! It's not the case of the balance being higher than the wagering requirements  or we wouldn't be having this discussion @themagics92. In my eyes surely you can only trigger a bonus with real money or bonus funds none of this mixed garbage I'm being sprouted.

@Slotplayer I am not being given the opportunity to wager the bonus funds so it's not as easy as you suggest as I am not being allowed to clear the funds. For example I could log in now and lose 1000 on my balance and that will count 0% towards wagering and lower the real money balance if you know what I mean. After I triggered the mega win on Dead or Alive I played Bonanaza and Jack and the Beanstalk £1 stakes for well over 2 hours and that didn't clear any single % of the bonus funds as like I said not being able to wager bonus funds. ( My wagering requirement sits at 0.03% and locked there)

I honestly can't believe my biggest ever slot win is being completely tarnished and halved too!! It's so bad on many levels and honestly put me off online casino's for good

I don't get it why you can't carry on with the wagering? Where in the T's and C's does it say that you can't? Unless only deposited money counts towards wagering (just like it does on Royal Panda).

You have to lose all your real money before you start wagering on the bonus money. Seems pretty fair to me. Just chalk it up to bad luck that you didnt get the win ether one spin earlier (full win paid in real money withdraw 3932.16) or 1 spin later (full win paid in bonus money wager the 1500 and withdraw at least 2400) instead of the current option of being able to withdraw the 1856. either way BE HAPPY YOU CAN WITHDRAW 1856 from a 60 DEPOSIT!!!

I think this is fair and within the T&C and the casino is right in this instance.
