Hi guys signed up to slot millions yesterday and had a little win uploaded my documents and it says still processing just wondering how long it take as they said will close accoun if no uploaded within 72 hours. Iv had no reposnse from slot millions ?

Yeh just  got threw they processed it now which is good they just confirmed withdrawal also so hopeing to get it with next 5 working day email said thank everyone for reply’s

@Gavin Donnelly, to answer your initial message, as @Kosmankasa mentioned it, it usually takes us up to 24 hours to verify documents on business days.

As for the late answer from our support team, it might be due to the fact that the 13th of December was a public holiday in Malta and we had less people available that day.

Any other doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to ping me here or like @Nicola said, use the live chat or request a call back from 9am until midnight CET, 365 days a year.

Slotsmillion has a really slow verification and withdrawal processing time... On my first withdrawal it took them over 5 days to send my money. I sent in all the necessary documents as I normally do on all other casinos and still took them over 5 days to get my withdrawal processed through Trustly. Cashouts through Trustly should NEVER take more than 5 minutes to MAXIMUM 24hours... 5 days was just crazy. CLOSED my account on their site the same day that I got my money.

Other than that I liked to play at Slotsmillion because of their large amount of slots and the ability to LOCK withdrawals. If they didn't have that Lock feature, I would surely spend my withdrawal before they processed my withdrawal because of the extreme 5 day waiting time.. 

Now when I gamble off-stream I always go with VideoSlots and some other sites because of their 1-20min withdrawal times - THAT is how it should be. If a player wins, he should be able to get his money instant, not wait a week for it!
