Hi Guys,

Joined videoslots recently and wanted to share my experience so far at Videoslots.

Played online slots now for "nigh on" 20yrs now. Looked at Videoslots and thought "WOW". Their veriaty of game providers and number of games they have is pretty much unrivaled.Didn't care about the welcome bonus, I just wanted that choice big games in one Casino, so signed up about a month ago. But that's as far as I can go with all the good points of this site, based on my experience so far. In 20yrs I have never had a run with any site as I have with VS.(as a new member to boot). We all know we can't win all the time, I don't play for that( if I did, I would av had to give up yrs ago). My problem is no matter the slot I just cannot put any sort of run together on this site, constantly struggling to get features and burning through my deposits in double quick time, no matter the stakes. Mine range from the lowest to £2 max.(unless I get a monster). So for the stakes I'm on I'm receiving very limited gameplay.

In 1 month I must have deposited close to £1000 at £10-£50 deposit levels. The 2 times I barely scraped to a £100 balance, both times it seemed videoslots kicked into "Shutdown, Rip mode"

Chat support offer very limited support and are extremely out of touch with regards to customer care compared to a lot of my other sites. Flexibility is not in their remit. Support staff's go to answer, Is "Everything is automated, there is nothing we can do"Which leaves me wondering why they offer this service. Today VS really took the piss tho. On my Worst slots RIP ever, VS decided finally I deserved a reward for all my efforts. All Rewards so far have produced nothing also. My reward offer today was a battle slots all day freeroll ticket. Cheeky bastards, anyone can play the freerolls all day without a reward ticket. Ive emailed requesting my RTP stats since joining, that was 3 days ago. They must be looking at mine and thinking there is a virus in the system. ? I promise you this is not just a tilt rant and be interested to know other experience's with VS, Good or Bad.

Hi, sorry to hear you have had such a run of bad luck.

Personally I like playing at Videoslots, it is the one site along with Energy Casino that I have had more cash outs than any other I have played on over the years and my withdrawals far exceed my deposits on both sites.  Game choice and reading how the slots are playing will be a big factor in your game time, playing a dead slot will rip your balance.  The main thing is to not deposit again to chase your losses, even more so to then try and chase it on the slot you lost it on.  Given you say you have been playing for over 20 years am sure you are aware of this already anyhow.

My experience with videoslots is bad aswell, for some reason the win rate seems rather low and playing for nearly a year on that online casino. My losses on videoslots is way higher then my winnings.

Cheers Rachel appreciate the input and I totally agree, for choice of games, I've not seen better. Love the layout of the site. 

Maybe I'm a tad RIP angry and I still get tilted by a slot now and again. But this wasn't just one slot, and I wasn't definitely not tilted. It just seems  I could close my eyes pick any slot at random and still end up with a RIP. This has happened to me numerous times over the years, going 2,3-4 days getting ripped while chasing it. But never for a solid month or more. 

I'm also happy that uve had success on this site. Pass a bit of luck my way plz. Lol and of course the minute my luck does change on VS, it will be the best site ever, an all is well with the world again.? I still think the Rewards are more of a token gesture rather than anything that gives you the confidance or any realistic chance of building a balance. Reward is too strong over a name for what they really are.

You can't really bad review a casino just because you haven't won in a month....it's like playing the claw machine in a shopping centre and blaming the shopping centre for losing a few quid in it, it's not the shopping centre nor the casino's fault. Chat and support are right to tell you it's not in their power to give you a win, so the bad review for support is also out of question. As for the all day freeroll pass, you need to have wagered £500 in 14 days to be allowed to play in the freerolls, so this isn't worthless unless you already have. Promotion wise and reward wise videoslots has gave me the most free spins and free money of all sites I play at (beating Energy, Leovegas, Rizk, Thrills, Betvictor etc). 

If £1000 in a month is too much, try limiting your deposits for a month to a certain amount. You will get a return eventually, we all do, sometimes you can get a few months of nothing.

It was not my intention to bad review the casino. I was pointing out the situation Ive found myself with Videoslots. I have won and lost bigger amounts with other casinos. Its the manner of the loss not the amount. I enjoy slots win or lose. I've had weeks where one or two slots tilt you and you suffer heavy losses. But that's usually a case of one or two slots get you to gamble out of character. But after a week or so you find a slot that brings you out of the funk. At Videoslots its been a month. Daily deposits with no notable bonus for 30 days, deposits lasting less than 30mins while playing low stakes. Nearly every game across the whole site, no matter the provider, has had those slow laggy spins effect. The ones you get at the end of a successful session and it's the casinos way of telling you you've won enough, now fuck off. I'm a member of plenty of other sites who's support staff would take a look at your account regarding win loss ratios and make there best efforts to see if there is anything they can do. People remember these things.  You can also tell when they do this, if there is genuinely nothing to offer, you still appreciate their time. So far all answers from VS live chat have been shut down answers. No flexibility or attempt to make the slightest of efforts. That's my experience. I did mention, I believe it to have the best layout and choice of games than any other casino. In my post everything I mentioned was factually correct and how it's all played out. I see in your response quite a few of your answers are based on your opinion and you've tried to inject Wit and sarcasm, when highlighting the comparison's. This benefits absolutely no one. But I will take on board some of your constructive input and thanks again.

Wow. Themagics92, that's very impressive. And I guess you can't say a bad word about Videoslots and if my resume with them were as good as that I'd probably go to the lengths you have to defend them. But that wasn't and still isn't anywhere near to my experience with Videoslots.

The main point of criticism, was in all my time online, I have never experienced this type of run, especially as a new member and Ive never heard of anyone that has. But I will continue to use the site until I manage to make a withdrawal. I've set a withdrawal marker at £200. So far I haven't come close but as I'm now into month 2, I'm hoping that will change. Once I manage to make that very modest withdrawal I will let you know. You never know I might have screenshots like yours one day.

The value of those freespins are 30 x 1 kr so I`m missing out of at least 90 kr of my orginally win since I had 2 spins left on my bonus.

 

I like this site in many ways but giving my 25% back of what I already had won is just a disgrace, what if I was playing on a higher bet? 10 kr and had won 600 kr until that point?
