How much i have Deposit and withdraw in different casinos.

Hi

So i was checking all my casino account what i had deposited and withdrawn from them, i wanted to know how much i lost or won on that casino.

Always ask from start of my account on that casino, always go to live chat and get a answer or send email and got a answer , but then i come to PAF.COM it went weird. 

There live chat was not online so i send a email to them from the email i register with them.  

The answer i got was this (in swedish)

Jag har kollat med den avdelningen som har hand om dessa uppgifter och de meddelar att vi enligt våra regler 3.9 inte tillhandahåller dessa uppgifter då du ser detta själv på ditt spelkonto, under Spelhistorik.

Får jag fråga varför du skulle vilja ha dessa uppgifter? Det kan vara så att vi kan få fram 2016 och 2017 men inte mer.
 

Translate'ish: they have a rule 3.9 that they don't give out this information,  you can see your account history 1 year back. 

Why do i want to know this information?  It maybe that they can get history from 2016 and 2017 but not more. 

So what to do, all other companies have giving me the information, even from 2001. I want to know from start of my paf account, but seem they don't want give it to me.

Any ideas?

Here is the rule 3.9

 

3.9 CONTROL OVER ENTRIES

The Operator shall not issue any gaming certificates or receipts regarding individual entries in the Gaming Account. The entries shall be accounted electronically in the Gaming Service. The Gaming Customer agrees to check that the entries in the Gaming Account are congruent with the actions taken by the Gaming Customer.
