bonus round gone? (leovegas)

Hi, whilst playing captain venture on leovegas i was mid way through free spin bonus when the cooling out period starting thus logging me out for 45 minutes to take a break, when i logged back in the bonus had dissappeared and so had the winnings i had accumalated so far which was nice for a 40p stake, ive messaged live chat and theyve put the details forward for it to be investigated. 

so my question is has anyone else had this problem before and what was the outcome ? 

as you can see by the picture the bet seems to be in a pending status ?
