"Legal Ways" a Casino may be able to confiscate your winnings

Recommended Posts

Based on my experience, these were the "legal ways" a casino did not pay me or confiscated my winnings.

1. Not allowing me to verify my account upon sign-up but only upon withdrawal. Then, the casino will gave me a hard time with the requirements for verification asking me requirements that are not applicable in my country.

2. Not reading the fine print bonus terms and conditions which includes:

a. System allowing me to play a game only to find out that it is a restricted game.

b. Weird fine print clauses like bonus abuse and the bonus terms still in place even after wagering is done. It is best to cashout immediately after wagering is done.

c. Unacceptable betting patterns e.g. 20 cents then betting 5 dollars.
