Hyper Casino verification process?

Recommended Posts

Helping out a friend -

He played at Hypercasino.com and won about €120 and withdraw the money. He then got an email saying he needs to send in KYC documents before the widraw could be made, which he did.

He’s account got verified and the money was paid out.

The day after he won again and withdraw the money. After 24 hours the money was still pending so he contacted the live support and they said that they need to verify his document again and the money will be paid out latest tomorrow morning.

He got very sad. He’s old and asked me if this is normal. Again, the KYC documents where verified the day before.

Is this normal?

What do you mean?

I meant that the article goes into detail why KYC is carried out. Specifically what triggers it, and the different components of KYC. Theres CIP, CDD, and CM.

Then there's:

Why do you have to go through KYC multiple times with the same company?

Sometimes, you'll have to do the KYC with the same company multiple times. Why is that?

  • Changes in gambling behavior, such as bet sizes and time played.
  • Frequency or size of transactions.
  • Changes to personal details on the account.
  • Changes to payment details on the account.
  • A company merger & acquisition where the new owner must verify the entire portfolio of customer accounts.

Hey there, it's not uncommon for online casinos to require to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals.

Yes, this is to ensure the player's identity and prevent any fraudulent activity. It's also possible that sometimes additional verification may be required, such as if there are multiple withdrawals in a short period or any suspicious activity is detected. There's a list of the best casino games that do not demand such an extended verification process.

It's part of their security measures to prevent fraud and ensure that the rightful winner gets their money.

So it's totally normal for gaming machine sites like 슬롯사이트 to ask for KYC documents before releasing any winnings. But it sucks that your friend had to go through the verification process twice! Maybe there was a glitch in their system or something. Anyway, it's good to hear that he eventually got his winnings. And don't worry; your friend's situation is not unique. It happens to a lot of people.
