NEED HELP, CASOOLA ROBBED £300

On the 23rd of may I made withdrawals up to £300. After 1 week I was curious as to where my winnings were, so contacted Casoola and they told me to wait a little longer. After waiting 3 whole weeks with no response from them I messaged live chat again and was told they had put my winnings back into my account to withdraw again. After withdrawing these again it has now been another full week without my winnings, I have sent bank statements proving I have not received the money and still nothing. I have now been waiting over a month for £300 and every time I speak to someone all the day is wait, wait, wait. Nothing gets sorted, this casino is a joke and has robbed me of £300.
