Biamo bet stolen money

Just a heads up for all community members to stay away from biamo.bet

I won $6000 from a $200 deposit. I used a deposit bonus provided by slotbeasts. No max withdraw indicated.

I had a few issues at first as the wager was not increasing. Two days after contacting chat it started moving.

I completed the wager and the morning after requesting a withdraw my account was disabled.

3 weeks after asking for information and what happened by account was reinstated however all funds others than $300 were taken away.

The casino refused to provide me with detaills despite numerous attempts for me to get an explanation.

The casino is now stating my bonus came with a 1.5x maximum with draw (deposit was $200).

If allowed I can link my complaint from casino guru.com.

I wanted to share this in the hopes to save other community members. Pure scam

This is exactly why I would recommend staying away from Curacao licensed casinos that aren't reputable.
One look at these terms and conditions and you can see that they're all over the place, and are worded so that they can generally claim anything that they want in order to not pay out any winnings.

I mean, even the English is poor and doesn't make sense. Some words are even spelt entirely wrong. This is a huge red flag to stay away from places like this.

"10. In offset vager goes bets only in games slots and only with RTP below 97.5%, the rest of the bets you can make, but in offset vager they do not go".

^ What the fuck does this even mean?! 😂

Hello, we are interested in solving your problem, please specify your E-mail which you used to register on our website (biamo.bet). We will try to give you an answer on your situation as soon as possible.

This user has not yet been verified as a legitimate account used by this casinos support team.

I would be careful about handing over any personal details via DM or in the thread.

That's awful mate. Sorry to hear that's happened to you. After the highs of looking at a nice cashout to being told its not happening is horrible. I've fell for some brutal T&C's before and like a few have said I only use casinos after reading reviews, feedback etc.

The worst part of it is the t & c never indicated a maximum cash out. They are just changing the story and finding new excuses.

I mean, have you seen the terms and conditions I previously posted? 👀

This companies own terms of service don't have a clue what they're on about, make no sense, and are full of grammatical errors.
Huge red flag to stay away from this casino. 🚩

call the bank do charge back get all your deposit back

Getting the bank to perform a successful chargeback against a casino is extremely difficult.
As soon as they see the payment category of gambling, you're already fighting a losing battle.

As you can imagine, people could just deposit at a casino, lose their balance, and try and raise chargebacks in order to get the money back.

The bank would first ask for proof that you've attempted to resolve the situation with the merchant, and then ask why you believe that you've not received the goods or service you paid for.
When they then find out that it's an issue in relation to the casinos terms and conditions, they wont want to know.

Plus, this doesn't really help the situation for @Aj1987, as they're already in a position where they're better off with what has been offered, rather than simply getting the original deposit back.

The biggest lesson is, to always perform your own research on any new online casinos you create an account and deposit with, no matter what source they've been referred to you by. Plus as painful as it is, to thoroughly read the general terms and conditions, and also the ones that specifically apply to deposit bonus' before accepting them.

I have been betting on sports for many years, there is something to compare with. http://biamo.bet/ is the best one out there right now. Funds are withdrawn quickly. I bet and have no regrets, I have no desire to change the bookmaker. The site is simple and easy to understand. . The office allows you to earn and withdraw money, it has been tested for years. I took it out of the site and pulled it out of the booth. In short, if you win, they will give back and the maximums will not be touched. I recommend!

Wait..

Are you the same guy that wrote the websites Terms and Conditions?! The resemblance in writing style is uncanny. 👀

You're correct if it's the case that they're operating illegally, but this happens very rarely.
Then depending on your bank, chargeback policy and procedure can be complicated. Banks generally want evidence, so you would have to prove the casino in question was operating in a jurisdiction it shouldn't be.
Whilst chargebacks are an option in some rare instances, there are generally much better courses of action to take.

Plus for OP's situation, a chargeback would not have been the best course of action as this would have only given him his deposit back.

I am familiar with this online casino but not as a player. I am a partner and I profit from attracting and gambling resources of new clients. This gives me the opportunity to have a stable salary. Among the advantages of such a partnership, I can note high commissions and constant payments. It seems that this online casino is honest, because people willingly play and earn money there.
