Skol casino rejected withdrawal

First of all I opened Skol casino account because I saw CG promotion. I deposited 20 CAD, got lucky and I was able to beat the 35x wager and ended up with 270 CAD withdrawal request. In the meantime I successfully get verified the ID and proof of address. BTW I am Hungarian citizen, living in Canada. And the problems started in this point. They rejected my withdrawal request and asked proof of payment. Not a problem, I deposited with my UK debit card. So I send them my UK bank account statement. After that they said I can only use Canadian bank transfer as withdrawal method. I don't have Canadian bank account and I am not intend to open any just because online casino try to force me. As far as I know withdrawal method should be exactly SAME way as I made a deposit. So not make sense asking for a withdrawal through Canadian bank if I did'n made a deposit in that way. 

See terms and rules: 

"All withdrawals will be paid back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. The withdrawal methods will become available once a successful deposit is made with such method."

So skol casino blocked my account and kept my money. I understand they have a right to close my account, anyway I don't want to make any business with them after this incident. But they can't steal my money. Nope, I don't let them fool me and open bank account just for that withdrawal. I have valid bank account in UK, also in Hungary without any problem. I don't have to live there to keep them open. 

I also have Canadian Leovegas account in 1 year without any problem. No need to say I use my UK debit card there and Muchbetter method as well for transactions. Never have any issues at all. 

@Skylined87 can you help me to solve that problem please? I opened Skol casino account just because of wild stocking promotion. Also I played in the casino only one time.

Also had a same experience with this casino. They will always find a way to not pay you and look for violations. To be fair, I filed a complaint with eCOGRA and the latter sided with them. However, I truly believe that eCOGRA failed to consider the real issue of the dispute and my arguments.

This was their email: It's amazing that they allow you play after winning big they say that your country is not allowed LOL. When you say it is allowed they change the reason for confiscation as a violation of max bet policy. Note that I was using real money balance LOL.

What a joke casino. Avoid this casino.



We have undertaken a review of your account, in relation to your recent confiscation dispute.

We reference the email from our Accounts Team dated 2nd August 2021 in which we explained that your account had been permanently suspended due to your jurisdiction and further draw your attention to clause 7 of our terms and conditions https://www.skolcasino.com/terms , excerpts of which have been included below:

"7.3 We reserve the right to amend the Restricted Territories List and Restricted Jackpot Territories from which we will not open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions from time to time and at our sole discretion.

7.4 If you open or use the Website while residing in any Restricted Territory, or when a new territory is added to the Restricted Territories List: your account may be closed by us immediately; any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and remaining balance returned (subject to reasonable charges), and any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us; and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn."

Therefore, in accordance with our terms and conditions, the winnings accrued were confiscated and your deposit of €50 has been refunded to the source from whence it originated.

Please note that the decision taken in this respect remains unchanged.

ID verified, proof of address (Canada) verified, source of deposit money also verified. 

Casino rules apply by where you live insted of your citizenship. So really doesn't matter Hungary is blocked country or not as far I live in Canada. 80% of CG streamers are live in Malta and guess what they were born in different country😉
