Hi does anyone know what the usual protocol is for when you trigger a bonus round on a game but then the game crashes and won’t load back up to the feature to play it out? This is very annoying.

Hi @JackP92,

First of all, try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser and logging out of any active sessions on all devices before logging back in and seeing if this works for you.

If this doesn't work, contact Live Support on the casino and let them know as much information as possible so they can find the game round.
They may be able to open the bonus from the back end of the system depending on the provider. If not, they will have to contact the provider and it will take a few days for them to resolve the issue.

I’ve been through chat with Mr green and they said I've provided enough information for them to open a case against the gaming provider. I have cleared cache on all devices and it still won’t work. They said they will contact me via email once they have found a  solution to the problem. Surely they will play it out and credit me the funds once done so.

Still no change and the game still doesn’t load up to feature without crashing. Mr green take ages to resolve anything clearly.

Decent win 500x I’m hoping the feature that crashed pays nice tbf. They said they will contact me via email. We will see….

Wtf why is this taking so long for me green to deal with this problem. It’s not that hard to contact the gaming provider to see what the game round paid.
