Everytime I reach out, support sais that the finance department will get to it when they can. I've never experienced this long of a wait with no communication. I'm concerned I am not going to get payout. I am verified and a vip player. Has anyone experienced this? Quote Link to comment

Actually they are usually very fast which is why I played there. But this time there seems to be some issue. The lack of communication Is the worst part. I'm worried I'm not going to get the payout. Yes I withdrew my winnings 4 days ago but still no communication on what’s happening there just saying “it’s escalated to the relevant department hopefully they’ll get back to you soon “ I haven’t had this problem before tho . They are saying my account needs to be checked with their sister site "Wheelz" for a certain bonus issue. It's been over a week now and I'm really worried they aren't going to pay me. I've never had any issues with withdraw in the past from them. Hopefully we all get paid out. Quote Link to comment
