I really like this slot, base game has potential so it seems better to leave it on autospin - (learnt this after the last promo). Usually get a bonus every couple of hundred spins, but i did go 750 spins with hitting anything after have a few decent hits.

Best base game hit was a 300x win with 40+ Santa symbols. Imagine getting 60+.... (10000x)! 😐

Looks and sounds great, good auto spin options, just a bit boring after a while, doesn't have any additional features .

hi guys. Since LeoVegas is not responding and their livechat always offline when i try. (seems they are a lot last months which is bit worrying) also I have sent offline message and also emailed but no responses.

Basically I cant deposit suddenly earlier this year as only option from UK shows as Skrill ( i dont use) Paysafecard. Cant even add a debit card either or other options. Only these 2 options. I had neteller before but understand they removed this?

I cant change anything and so cant deposit which is frustrating since i want to play and also compete in these tourneys :(

Anyone from Leo or here Casino Grounds who could get someone to point them my directions please they are welcome to contact me through casinoground or can ask for my player email :)

Contacting Leovegas these days is a waste of time, their level of service has drastically dropped. Therefore, I am doing my wagering elsewhere and likely to remove my account. Most probably customer service will tell you to "send us an email" to a group box, which everyone knows is a graveyard of cases. You may get lucky tho, if competent and motivated people are working that day.

Two recent examples of my customer experience:

1. Withdrawals are blocked by payments-department, who request documents even after the account has been verified, confirmed and recent withdrawals have been approved with same verification details. Only seeing the effort to contact customer support worked. Incompetence or calculation, or both. Customer is also never being contacted, which is unacceptable.

2. Requests of campaign details take more than a week and in my case will likely result in me filing cases to appropriate bodies. Fortunately, I take screenshots and meticulously collect details since other service providers' operations have misled customers to say the least.
