Hi, I’m based in the UK and I was wondering if anyone had a positive experience and can recommend a good reliable Crypto casino site UK players can join?

No crypto casinos are currently available to UK players, and I very much doubt they ever will be.

but i would suggest Rollbit/Stake/Gamdom and even Chips.

You can't access these sites from within the U.K. without circumventing the geo-restrictions, which is in breach of the Terms of Service. Of course, many people do this using the method we pretty much all know. But, ask yourself if its really worth it.

Imagine winning a life changing amount of money and they KYC you to prove your location and you're unable to do so. It would be absolutely devastating. It also regularly happens too. The crypto casinos suddenly care about who you are when you win an amount of money that is noticeable.

There is a very good reason why crypto casinos are not able to legally operate within the U.K.
There is zero regulation and/or protection for players. They generally operate the lower RTP versions of slots. If anything goes wrong, you have no recourse at all and what the casino says, goes.

Is there any reason you want to specifically play at a crypto casino @Aviad? I know the U.K. is becoming a bit of a pain in the arse with things like not being able to bonus buy, no auto spins, ridiculous amounts of KYC plus other unhelpful restrictions placed on the online casinos by the UKGC, but there are plenty of reputable casinos available for U.K. players already listed on CasinoGrounds.

Yes Crypto casinos have had a bad rep for streamers that play with ‘fake’ money bu i would have to disagree on quite a few parts. No protection? Have you seen the complaints section on casinogrounds? Pretty sure 90% are ‘traditional’ casinos with the same type of license these crypto casinos run on. Casinos that you ever never heard about or don’t make money are the ones you should worry about. Not the big casino names.

Secondly, i used to play at Leovegas a lot until they moved their RTP on play n go to 94% and pragmatics as well. Rollbit has max RTP on all their slots. Roobet is a no go.

Thirdly, i know many people playing on stake/rollbit that have never had any issue with withdrawing. Why would they? They rake in millions and millions, especially with the surge in crypto prices.

Fourthly, being anonymous is important to some people. Casino deposits are frowned upon in many instances (think mortgage) and crypto wallet transfers can hide this.

Lastly, traditional casinos are super cheap with their bonuses and such where Rollbit for instance gives you money back on any ‘wager’ you do, regardless of winning/losing.

general advice is don’t gamble but also consider all sides 🙂

I think its very important that people start learning about the pros and cons of crypto vs fiat casinos.

Sadly most on this forum seem to consider any kind of crypto / Curacao casino to be a scam when it's quite the opposite.
Crypto casinos in general are so much more generous to its players. I agree stake has a agressive marketing and that fact makes me not want to play there, but noone can deny that stake is without a doubt one of the best casinos there is.
also another big pro on crypto casinos - payouts are usually instant, no bs. Straight to a wallet of choice.

And alot of people that complain and rate crypto casinos badly are often the same people that tried playing there from restricted countries and then complain when they are enforced to KYC and fail on it. I think its their own faults and that they infact deservers that treatment alot of the time.

It would be nice if people on this forum start realizing that cryptocasinos are not the devil, in 2022 everyone should be used to and feel quite comfortable with crypto. Some cling to the fiat currency which is fine, each to their own. But spreading BS like many do, is just sad.

Also in general crypto casinos indeed have higher RTP than mga casinos. So makes no sense going MGA when there's trustworthy curacao counterparts available with higher RTP slots.

Your post was good, dont get me wrong :)

Definitely agree on @bitedust.  A lot of people are saying crypto betting is a scam, but I think it really depends on the site. I've been playing Slots games and Live Casino in Ole777 for a couple of weeks already, but they are most generous in their promo that helps the player's winnings go x10 or even more. Also, do research about the site first before playing/betting.

Yes. absolutely, one should do their research, just as I did mine and it seems you try to promote some ole casino from isle of man.
Which i personally think is kind of nasty to do in replies in a forum like this, especially since there were quite a bunch of shady isle of man based casino skype "bombs" going around the past month. So to me your post seem like a way of promoting something that is shady.
