Evening everyone,

 

Been checking the website past week to see roughly how long leovegas take to withdraw winnings. I was registered last month and had no problems with withdrawals until I hit a large bonus on Jammin jars  - was over a 13000X return. The account is fully verified but the problem is the win was 7 days ago. when checking with live chat wasn't told much info until tonight when the agent said it has been escalated for a game round check. Has anyone had this before on a win? seems a long wait for the round to be checked?

This sounds like one of many excuses casino gives to player who win big to make them reverse their winnings and lose it all. Don't give in to this temptation. Make sure to cash out every bit of it first.

Game round checks are made quite often. They also do it if you hit a progressive or other jackpot. Its jus tto make sure the slot didnt malfunction. 7 Days is alot tho.

Yeah, strangely I had 3 withdrawals pending from last week  and  for much lower amounts and today they have been sent so maybe some movement but unsure
