Hi guys & girls!

I am Bojan from one new gambling platform called Chipstars.

I found your forum and decided to register here to get some feedback from you guys. We are a new platform and our idea is to make the best possible experience for our community.

I believe that posting links is not possible, because you will consider that as a promotion.  So, for now, I will not speak anything about Chipstars. I will introduce the platform on some other thread if your admin allows me to do that. Now, I just wanted to introduce myself.

I am 25 years old master of Graphical Engineering from Bosnia. I am working on Chipstars from the beginning. Firstly, I was working on the UX/UI on the platform, but now I am a project manager. And because of that, I am here. I believe that we have a good product already. But I want to learn here how to make it better. What are the major requirements from Casino players, what good platform must have? How to promote my platform, where to find affiliates? What are Casino players like on our platform, what don't? And many other similar things.

First of all, I will read your previous threads, I believe that I will find many useful things here. Then I will, with admin approval introduce the platform and ask my questions. Also, I will give some gifts from Chipstars which I prepared for your community, but we will speak about it later.

The first and most important requirement for me, and the majority of people in this community is credibility.

The main deciding factor in this would namely be you having a reputable licence, preferably an MGA licence. After having a brief look at your website, I can see that you only have a Curacao license. This is a huge red flag for me, and also for the majority of other serious gamblers.

Now, I'm not saying that every online casino that has a Curacao license is dodgy. But, a lot of them are. Because of this, from the offset, the website isn't worth looking at any further for me as I just wouldn't be interested, no matter what promotions you have, benefits you offer, or anything else you could potentially have to persuade me to create an account and deposit.

I mean just by mentioning the name of the casino here is a form of promotion within itself. Perhaps before posting it would have been a good idea to message the moderators and ask for some guidance before creating your thread, and saying that if you've broken any rules then you'll edit your post.
But, here we are! 🙂

I know that all casinos that CasinoGrounds promote or endorse are thoroughly vetted before they will allow any kind of promotion, or affiliate themselves or their community with. From what I can see, I highly doubt that Chipstars would meet the requirements of GC being interested in allowing promotion on their platform, or entering into any kind of affiliation, sponsorship, or other kind of business relationship.

Thank you for your feedback and help. I am not sure that I can agree with you, but it's ok, it's your opinion man. Not everyone have millions to spend on licenses on start. Of course, we are legit, using games from same providers from which using casino you playing. And, of course, I understand that you just prefer older platforms in which you trust. But someone is different maybe, someone will give a chance to the new platforms. You can't judge like that.  Maybe we offer or we will offer something that some other platform will not. For example, we have many crypto payment options. Also, we have our own cryptocurrency which is connected to our platform...

As I said, someone may be interested. But please not get me wrong man, I am not trying to attack you. Just trying to explain you our side of the story. And sorry for advertising, if mentioning platform name is wrong, I am here more to learn.  

Of course, If I can promote the platform, it will mean a lot for us, because we are new, as I said. But if I can't do that, I will just wain until we meet your quality requirements.
