5am5ter Posted 17 November, 2017 Share Posted 17 November, 2017 A few weeks ago I signed up to SpinCasino (betway partner sight), took advantage of their welcome bonus and managed to withdraw £3,000. Naturally I expected to provide verification documents. I went through document after document proving my address using my tax code, pay slip, voting cards etc. because I do not receive bills or bank statements over mail and they wouldn't accept an online statement. So after spending the first week and a half having my documents declined I had to go to my bank, purchase a monthly statement and take a photograph. The last week they said they would contact me over the phone to verify details- totally unnecessary but I let that slide. After a few days I received no call and so called them up and got asked what I wanted. I said obviously that I was told the casino wanted me to phone me for a reason I didn't know. He proceeded to check my account and told me there's nothing to suggest a call required, you have accepted documents and a pending withdrawal. This began to really frustrate me, I asked to speak to them and he said they need to contact me. A few days pass and I call them again today to then be told I will be called back. Finally I get a call and he asks me about card details and play details etc. He has now said that he is sending my account details to another department for further verification. I have never in my life had such a long winded process for a withdrawal. They have been vague, loosely detailed and extremely unhelpful. The whole process has made me feel like they're trying to get out of paying me and hope that I give up. Believe me I'll go down to their headquarters and throw gandalfs stones at them before I give up with this withdrawal. DO NOT PLAY AT SPINCASINO. I WON'T BE DOING SO AGAIN!!! Link to comment
Tindertompa Posted 18 November, 2017 Share Posted 18 November, 2017 This is a really sucky situation, but since they belong to the Betway Group I'm not surprised. My advice as a first step is that you create a complaint at the "AskGamblers" site if they continue to stall the payment. Here's the link: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/spin-casino-review/ Best of luck! Link to comment
