I have now been waiting for 27 hours to get my withdraw approved. That is not for me a Superfast withdraw. I have been contacting the chat several times and always getting the same answers. It will be processed very soon,as soon as possible,very fast and this morning when I contacted them they told me that there is no big traffic on the payments team at the moment. But nothing. The chat is repeating the answers and my patience is running low now. I saw that casinogrounds have this casino on their site and I am wondering why?? Can u help me to get my money? There is even a pop up window when I open my page which says I have a withdraw processing and if I want to cancel it. Not falling for that. Just feel a little bit screwed when the site says superfast withdrawals and was not expecting this to happen. I am used to play on leovegas and amokcasino where u just need to contact the support and boom, your withdraw is payed and on your bankaccount within 5 minutes Quote Link to comment

"Superfast" is a relative term imo, for once casino can be within 5 mins (e.g. videoslots) others call 2 days "superfast" Pretty sure you'll get it tho, so wouldn't worry too much 🙂 Quote Link to comment
