The narrative is that Loki is a cheeky fella who likes to mess around on the reels. This is our 2nd Lux Reels™ with Money values on Scatters. We introduced Colossal Money Scatters and went with a Super Charged Super Lux Reels™ feature instead of a Free Games feature this time. It gives 6 spins before going into the classic 3 re spin and reset in a Money Scatter lands (feedback welcome on this approach!).

Mischief maker: If Loki's in view while Thor's hammer is present - he'll travel across the reels to steal it and drop Money Scatters as he goes - which contributes to the triggering of Lux Reels™ feature. Loki can drop Money Scatters at 10x minimum in Lux Reels™ and in Super Lux Reels™ he can also Multiply Cash Values up x5!

Colossal Money Scatters can fall in that contribute as 4 symbols to the 6 Money Scatter Trigger and have at least 5x Bet values.

Loki: Lord of Mischief is a volatile Money Symbol game. As with all of our games - we provide stats to make sure you know what the game will feel like - with the 3 Volatility choices of the game - it allows you to control what you want:

Low: Money Scatters up to 50x bet, Loki Multiplier x4-x5
Medium: Money Scatters up to 100x bet, Loki Multiplier x2-x4
High: Money Scatters up to 500x bet , Loki Multiplier x5

• Lucksome Locks Success Rate: 1 in 23 Spins
• Bonus Buy Cost: ~116x Bet

Quick question about this slot and an issue currently ongoing with this.

I got the Lux reels feature first time and didn't buy the upgrade. 2 spins later I landed the lux reels feature again and pressed to upgrade for the £13 or so it said. Once I clicked this an error occurred and the game requested me to contact support. Now, as I am in UK jurisdiction, I am suspecting the error occurred because bonus buys aren't allowed here (although it did offer me it). 36 hours later and I still haven't received the win from this game round, nor does the game round show in my casino history. Can anyone shed light on what has happened here and when I could expect it to be resolved. Pokerstars told me to allow 24 hours for the provider to unlock the round. All other avenues have been tried (cache clearance, refresh game, etc).

No problem, and if you need info of when the game round should be showing in my history I can provide the last spin before landing the errored bonus.

Actually checking the history again it was the very next spin I landed another lux bonus as there's a 30 minute gap between the 15.70 bonus and my next 20p spin, I was contacting support and deleting cache during this time. So the spin you see total paid 15.70 was my first normal lux bonus, and directly after should be the one I paid for the super lux one. Maybe this will help your technical team locate the incomplete game round.

hi i have same issue with poker stars  tried to buy the feature but game closed told me to contact support been a nightmare still not resolved

@slotsofun @hullcity Just an update guys.  We are just working with the Pokerstars team to sort this out.  The game is fine on other operators so we are just finding out what is happening.  We'll keep you updated, thanks for being patient!

Hey @slotsofun,

Yes - we have had contact with the awesome team at Pokerstars and have a fix which we are just testing.  We should see a redeployment shortly.  In terms of how the game round is settled will be up to the Pokerstars team but once the fix is there I Imagine they will be able to let you know what is next.  Thanks for being patient!

I've just been on with pokerstars again and they are sending me back over to your technical team to resolve the lost game round 😅

They can't locate it because I was never able to complete it, and with the fix, the game round has probably dissapeared altogether.

I imagine that due to the UK legislation on bonus buys, that it would be impossible to ever resolve the game round without being able to choose and stick with the original bonus again. 

Don't know how this is going to get resolved.
