Is this a normal behavior from LeoVegas Casino?

Recommended Posts

Hello people,

I'm new to the casino enviroment and I finally hit a "good" win (for me, I'm not a big gambler ) on the Leovegas site.

Now here is the problem.

I won over 5000NOK (~500 Euro) on the 18th aug which I am still waiting on to get in my bank account.

First i had to verify my account, that took probably a week because of different documents etc. A bit of a hassle but ok, I took the time to do it and I got it verified.
Then when I finally got my withdraw approved on the 28th aug I waited 5 bank days but no money so I hit up the supportchat who told me to wait 2 more days to be sure that I would get my money.
On the 7th day of waiting my true Leovegas sent to me.. Nothing at all! Not a penny, not a "reserved transaction". Nothing I tell you! 😄

So I hit up the chat again and this time they told me that I had to send all my transfers in my bank for aug and sep to make sure I havent recieved the money which I did yesterday and talked to the chat again.
Got the answer that he will check with the company that pays out money for them and he'll give me an answer in the mail but not a whisper in these 26hrs that passed.

So my question is, this stuff normal or no? Feeling a bit scamed sadly and wondering if its something they usually does to their paying visitors?

Best Regards,
Stoltnorsk

Oh and yeah, I forgot. I got a winning of 120 Euro a few days later and took em out with Muchbetter instantly and without any problems at all so why wouldnt the bank transfer work?

Congratulations on your winnings!

Leovegas is a trusted casino, so u shouldn't worry about the money. Verification is quite fast with this casino aswell.
The problem here is probably the payment provider. The transfer of your payment didn't get through for some reason.

Just provide them the proof requested and I'm sure they will initiate a new transfer.
If the method is not working, they might offer an alternative, like 'Muchbetter'.

Thank you! It felt good finally hitting a big one.

Okey, I tried that yesterday but they couldnt verify me and told me to talk to the bank.
Finally I talked with someone who knows their job at Leo and he told me to send some print screens to the support mail on Leovegas so he could check my bank transfers and talk to the payment provider.

Should I just wait or? :)

It is probably your bank that does not accept such transactions. It has been very difficult lately with bank transfers, from casinos to Norwegian banks

Ohh that could be why! I know that Norway are trying to stop the online casinos and the banks are doing their best to block people to spend their hard earned money on casino sites.

They try hard, but without success :) . I use Revolut, and it works perfectly. I am also Norwegian

IHey, im also a Norwegian player. This has nothing to do with your bank or the casino, but with the provider who send the money for Leo Vegas. It can take up to 2 weeks. Muchbetter is instant, so probably it’s better to use that when you make a withdraw. Revolut works perfect for Norwegian players, but Leo doesn’t offer that for withdraw. Unibet for example you have the money instant in your Revolut account

Hi and thank you for the answer! So I should give it atleast two weeks before I talk to the support again I guess?
Yea next time I'll use MuchBetter instead, I'll happily trade the fee for not having to wait a month to get my money.

Think you should wait, because Leovegas has already approved the payment. Worse case there went something wrong with the payment provider and then you have to proof that you haven’t receive the money by bank statements. But probably wil wil receive it within a week. When was the payment approved? From there 10 workdays and when you haven’t receive it contact support again.

The payment was approved the 28th aug and sent on the 29th aug so it should be in my account already. 8 bank days has passed.

I don't want to be a nagging person in their support-chat but I really want to get the money, I know its not a lot but I want the feeling of beating the casino :)
