petrified666 Posted 25 July, 2021 Share Posted 25 July, 2021 I've been playing at Leovegas for a few years now with no issues at all. Yesterday my account was blocked from depositing for a contract update. They sent me two emails: One to verify my ID, Card details and proof of address, (All successfully verified Btw) The second email was to verify Card details of a card that expired 01/2021, Which is impossible for me to do as I no longer have the card. Contacted live support and they said I would need a signed letter from my bank with the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the old card number on the letter. My question is, is this something that UK banks can do? If not what can do to sort this out? It seems really odd to have to verify a card that I no longer have when I have passed all the other verification methods :(. Quote Link to comment
