xizted Posted 21 July, 2021 Share Posted 21 July, 2021 I already made a complaint to Askgamblers about this, it can be found here, but as the casino is listed with an exclusive casinogrounds bonus I assumed you could possibly help with this issue. In short I made a withdrawal of 1000€ on 10.7. that was cancelled on 12.7. and I was told to split it to 10x 100€ withdrawals as I did. Those withdrawals still havent been paid out. After checking askgamblers complaints I noticed a pattern of taking large withdrawals and splitting them to smaller sums, but what is concerning is that they are then asking to split those to even smaller withdrawals, in one case going from 500->250->100. This seems very concerning and looks to me like they dont have the money to pay everyone. Quote Link to comment
