Mcarious Posted 5 November, 2017 Share Posted 5 November, 2017 Hi, played on Unibet’s Casino and lost about 140k swedish (14k€) when i wanted to deposit i was told i couldnt deposit more, contact customer service. so then i contacted costumer service and asked if possible for a cashback do to my deposits. the answer i got was that i shouldnt be able to play and something has happend wrong and the customer service (verification department) has not checked it. so the story is, i closed down My account at.a site called Storspelare! And due to storpelare being in the same concern as unibet, customer service told me i shouldnt been able to play! What Can i do here, do i have Any Wright to a refund. My meaning is, if i shouldnt have been able to play, and was not allowed for the moment to continue playing, (they close the account for a day or something like that for investigation) do i have Any Wright to a refund? i am at the point Where they only tell me every day for 3 weeks that they are investigating but they have open My account! best reguards George twitch name: Mcarious Link to comment

Next day they tell me that they are sending the ”issue” to the team, and that was after i was told that the ”team” are proccesing it. So something is fishy. Link to comment

I know some casinos have in their terms that you confirm you're not excluded/banned from any of their "sister casinos", so by accepting their terms you are basically telling them that you are not excluded or banned from any other casinos, this is probably something they could use against you. The losing party is liable for the opponents court fees, i.e. lawyers and so on. Here you have some info about how to send in a lawsuit in a civil case - http://www.domstol.se/Tvist/Stamningsansokan/ I would recommend you to call your home insurance agency to see if you have legal protection through them (Rättsskydd). In the case you have it and you are covered for this matter you will only lose your "självrisk" in a case of a loss. Also, then you might afford to hire a lawyer as well. Otherwise, I would still encourage you to talk to them and tell them: You were able to play, but in the case of a withdrawal they would lock you out giving you only the option to actually lose money and not win. Hence, they should pay back your deposit that are made on Unibet after the time you self-excluded yourself from Storspelare since the blame is on their security team. Furthermore, if they are not willing to agree on your terms or give you some sort of deal I would recommend you to ask them for name, number and address of their Swedish legal representation because you need that for the lawsuit. Hopefully they would probably agree on your terms if they know you are going to sue them for pure economic loss. Link to comment

What they Did was That they added a 2k€ bonus 3x wager due to the long waiting. You guys are probably thinking like me, but I do not want to have it on My mind every day, and taking on such a big casino takes to much effort and really isnt nothing i want to do for 14k. so now you know guys. Such bullshit Wouldn't risk playing there anymore, what if you hit a monster and they refuse to pay you. Link to comment
