Beware for Betrally / advice needed

Hi guys! I made a deposit of 25 EUR, and made 500 EUR of it!

But, during the bonusplay I started a slot and pressed 1 time a max bet by accident (3 eur bet, win was 0). I contacted live chat right away, and they said there would not be any problem. 

Now they consificated my winnings...and they do not want to specify what bets are wrong or not.

Anyone knows what to do?

Did you take a screenshot of chat saying it wasn't a problem? If so email them with proof that the support said it wasn't a problem. If you dont have proof, ask them to check the chat log at the time you spoke with them and they should be able to see. If they lie and say nobody said this I would report them. But are you sure you didn't do anything else wrong? Ask them the reason why the won't pay or you'll report them to whoever regulates them and you'll also put this matter on forums like casinomeister or askgamblers etc

Yes I had, and no, only betted once over the limit by mistake (with 0 win)

But an update now, I gave up on the casino and took my loss after sev mails without any hope. I ended my convo with a perm request of closure. Today, three days later, I received an email with the following:

We would like to kindly inform you that we have returned the amount of 475 EUR as Casino Winnings to your Gaming Account, for which actions had been undertaken upon subsequent review from our Compliance Department.

However, following your last request, your Gaming Account had been suspended & we would like to kindly ask whether you would like to have further account access re-considering your account closure decision, or you would like to have the money paid out.

So it seems like they have made the right decision :)

When I have the money on my bankaccount I will let it know here, cause then the casino deserves (at the end finally...) a thumbs up :)!
