Expekt Casino scammed money

So where should i start..

I made an account to this casino (saw pretty good reviews, was #6 online casino etc) and did deposit 25€ to an 100% bonus. First i didnt get the bonus so i needed to go ask from the livechat. Then i got the bonus money as well and started to play. I won up to 500 euros and was so sure that i can withdrawal some bananas. Then started the issues. 

The wager of the bonus was 40x, and i did wager (or i thought i did) almost to cashout balance but then i went to see my bonuses and it was still 0% because "some bonuses needed to wager first". I didnt even do any freespins etc. Just deposit 25€ to 100% bonus. I went to talk about it to chat and they said the same thing: "you need to wager the bonuses first to wager it to withdrawal money". Then one of the livechat workers was to me that yeah he can remove the other bonuses, not my 100% bonus. But then she said: "right now you have to do 267 x 40 times wager sir.". Suddenly i needed to wager the ones that i thought i almost did and not the real thing that i deposit. Then when i went to play slots i only had my "real money" aka 12.82$ left. Then the money came back and i started to play. After that when i switched the game i had 0$ balance. On every game i tried to play. I go to livechat to talk about it. i get an answer: "yes Sir i see... you lost your money alrady". But i still got 267 bonus money on my account but couldnt play it. Then i went to the bonus section and the bonus history. There was "Bonus forfeited" but i still had the 267. Now i have talked to their livechat for like 3 hours and hopefully i will get my money

I did have some issues once with Expekt, but they fixed it. Took them a week though.. Had a special bonus that only 25x wager, but got 40x wager. They fixed and I got the cashout, but it took a while.. Your situation seems much more complicated. Don´t really know what they've done. One advise though, don´t play it until they fix it. Know it´s not much help, but hopefully they sort it out quickly
