I play at more than one casino.. I withdraw two almost the same amount in two different casino's. My question is.. How do I know which payment is from who?

I got a different amount than what i withdraw.. How can I or the casino prove that the money in my bank account is or is not from them? In my bank it does not say who the sender is..

Which country are you from? It is possible through the payment provider to verify the payment, however it can take a few days. Which method is it, is it bank-transfer or VISA-transactions?

I am from norway. they have verified in chat and email that they sent an amount but its not the same as what I got. I used bank transfer

If you're from Norway you are kinda in a special situation here. The casino will send you money from their EURO account and the currency-exhange might effect the amount you are getting on your norwegian bankaccount. Furthermore I doubt any casino would like to confirm to the bank which one is from them, because usually they mask it between alot of providers before it gets to you. I would accept the currency-exchange and not dig deeper in to this. It can lead to your bank-account getting suspended if you look further in to it.

Ok I understand. I Will not dig deeper in this. But may I ask why my bank account could be suspended? Just curious.. 🙂

Tippstilsynet or Spillsynet in norway (the gaming authorities) do not like foreign Casino operators, and they are trying to make things very difficult by blocking deposits and withdrawals. Basically they told that the banks are not allowed to accept withdrawals from other than NorskTipping, but it's a BIG gray area and not really any clear rules what is and not allowed. - So if you ask the bank to investigate they will problably get a slap on the wrist from the GamingAuthority, and they would rather not deal with that and tell the customers that accounts will be suspended if you use it for gambling outside of Norsk Tipping.

But no bonus buys ,  no auto spins in the near future , come to Ireland we are not too far from you and we don't even have a regulator 🤣🤣🤣

And also VISA withdrawals are instant with good few casinos.
