I hope all of you other guys have gotten your cases resolved aswell. I want to say thank you to @AlexCasinoFriday for his patience and understanding of us as customers with our concerns. And also for staying persistent on the case to figure out what actually has gone wrong in these instances. I sent my bank statement last night, and already got 3000 NOK credited today at 13:00. Thank you to @Skylined87 too, I can finally have some peace at mind. I will mark the case as resolved once the remaining 3000 has been added to my funds, which hopefully happens soon.
