RTP 99% ??

Recommended Posts

Nice! If that RTP is for real, it's a welcome addition to the online casino portfolio. Well, not on Videoslots of course - they like "Book of 94".

Funny enough, they had it featured in their news section yesterday, but if you click the link, the slot itself is removed, unlike the rest of the featured games. Big oops! I guess they realised what the "99" actually stands for...

Relax gaming has upped their game a lot over the last couple of years. Have a few of their games on my frequent playlist whereas a couple years ago there was none.

I guess there is some balance in the RTP/profit based on the fact that whereas your might normally just play 100 to 200 spins on a book game, in this one you are likely to do, each session, as many spins as it takes to collect 99 books. 95% rtp of 200 spins at $1 would net $10 for the casino, 99% rtp of 1000 spins at $1 would net $10 for the casino.

Doesn't seem to take 1000 spins to collect the 99 books though in my limited experience(1x99 book bonus) it took around 500 spins. Had 3 normal bonuses on the way - the thing that I thought especially good about it was that the 3 scatters you get from triggering a normal bonus also count towards the 99 book collection - they could have gotten away with them not counting as players are happy to just get a bonus and wouldn't mind so much if they didn't count. The scatters that land in the bonus round don't count though.

Did you not see Kim's video last week with the big win? One off a full screen of top symbol, paid very nice

I mean its the same as any book game, I just dont think you're going to see many max wins on this game vs one with a higher RTP

There has to be a catch to this game. Like no provider wants to release real 99% RTP slots. that's like investing money into something and getting a 1% return when you could just invest your money into something else at 4% return. The game isnt fun or interesting enough to get enough people to play it to make up for that 3% loss either... So whats the catch? I'm guessing it just means the game is a grinder game where you sit there and collect books, get a bonus make some money rinse repeat no real profit potential unless you hit some lucky 1 out of 1 million bonus where you might get a max win. Vs playing something like book of dead which might have a better chance at max win at like 1 out of 100,000 but you have the possibility of ripping faster.

Book of 99 is not always very friendly in the basegame. I’ve had many sequences paying over 200x stake collecting the feature. The win distribution and potential of the bonus is actually fine. While grinding this for the CG promo I hit a few 1000x, 500x, but also 300-500x on A/K. Even 500x on 10s.

When this game is ‘streaky’ it’s a very nice slot for wager. But once the base dies it will rinse u just as fast.

I highly doubt it’s easier to hit 5.000x on Book of Dead. We can make assumptions, but only the providers can confirm this. Unfortunately not all are as transparent as NLC.

Five explorers is extremely rare of book of dead considering its the world's most popular and played game

The catch might be the RTP itself ? I am sure lot of players are going to play this game just for the RTP ... I don't think its a 3% loss on net profit , its going to attract more clued up players from several other providers who wouldn't otherwise play if this was book of 96 , so surely it will increase the net profit ??

Have to admit , not very good at explaining but think of " economies of scale " , I think that's what relax gaming  tried here to acquire customers from other providers. If it becomes a success , I am sure other providers will follow 😊
