ressivv Posted 12 May, 2021 Share Posted 12 May, 2021 Registered to Platin long time ago but never played. Finally deposited and played some last weekend (with profit). But now I have been trying to get my account verified for 3 days (the address in my account was old, I moved). Their support is almost completely unreachable. You have to wait hours in chat to get past the queue wtf? E-mailed them on monday and tuesday, yet no response... Only an automated e-mail today (after 3 days) that one of my documents wasn't sufficient, no clue why though. It's not older than 3 months and its a simple water bill. Quote Link to comment
