No, seriously. Not a round was played. 

 

Deposited on 1st of april through trustly in a genesis global casino, autoexclusion was implemented. My fault, sure. Not that I would recall this thing.

Of course, I immediately ask them to return my deposit through email, april first. They claim I made no deposit. I did. Obviously it was deducted from my bank account. I contacted trustly just to make sure. Yes, they did register the payment, and they have the same reference number. I have posted this information to the genesis global casino I deposited in which is casinodome, they refuse to return the money they stole from me. 

Now a 100 euros isn't anything that will make me go bankrupt, but this is some of the lowest shit I've ever seen.

Not that this post will help you in anyway but just felt I’d had to reply as this is a matter that involves the Genesis brand. I have closed all of my accounts on this brand. Spin it, casino cruise, casino planet, casino gods, casoola, kassu, spela. They are the most impossible sites to win on. Now when I say win..I don’t mean win every time but it would actually be nice to get a cash out now and again. In around 1 1/2 years of consistent deposits with this brand (3-4 times per week on average) I have had 1 big cash out and maybe 2-3 average cash outs. Lately, my deposits have not even been getting me any good playtime. I decided to scour the sites and check as many games as I could for RTP’s on the games I play. To my disgust I realised the RTP’s are ALOT lower than on other sites I sometimes use. Example...gonzo megaways has a measly 91% RTP!! Madame destiny megaways has been reduced from 96+% to 94% infact...nearly all the prag games are 94.50% and red tiger games 93% or less. Absolute disgusting. Playing over the long term on these games are going to cripple you, just like it has to me. On top of that...they charge you 2.5% on any withdrawal you make to absolutely make sure they are fleecing you if you are eventually lucky enough to hit something big and cash out. Just an absolute joke. Will never play on this brand again. And you should do the same.

I've vowed to never use Genesis group casinos again, as I'm currently waiting 41 days for a withdrawal from Pelaa. I was getting the runaround from their Complaints and Risk teams, multiple requests for documents even though I'd sent in everything they needed before they requested.

I've raised it with IBAS, but Pelaa have 12 weeks to make a final decision. I'll get my money as no T's and C's have been broken, bit it's still frustrating to have £400 tied up at the moment, especially as they have charged a £10 fee for the withdrawal in the first place, something I'm now fighting to get stopped.

I feel your pain. Back in December (3weeks before Christmas) I made a withdrawal for £180 on spin it. I had cashed out once or twice earlier in the year and my account was already fully verified. After a couple of days my withdrawal was still pending. I gave it a week and when I checked again it was still pending. I went into live chat who told me extra security checks had to be made and it was out of their control. 2 weeks later and still nothing..chat just kept giving me the run around. After nearly a month with the withdrawal still pending I made an official complaint. This pretty much got back handed. Then..I raised the issue on ask gamblers and threatened them with legal action and told them I had been In touch with UKGC and filed an informal complaint. Around 3 days after this they replied to my complaint on askgamlbers and told me my money had now been processed. A whopping 39 days it took! All for £190. 
 

they will give you your money eventually. They claim it’s extra security checks (money laundering etc) I know, ridiculous. Even so, it should not take them any longer than 2 weeks at a maximum. I would go on ask gamblers and  make a post complain and rant. Ask gamblers will give peela a certain amount of days in which they have to respond. Let me know how it goes.

I won £4900 and they confiscated it all because I broke term and conditions.  They set limits  on how much you can win and bet but only police them after you win.

After uploading all relevant docs required & them being satisfied with them they would not pay out £140 of winnings they are complete con artist DO NOT REGISTER THEY WILL RIP YOU OF.
