VideoSlots Robbed Me

I deposited $170 into VideoSlots casino via E-Transfer yesterday, but no money was shown into my account on their site. I did some back tracking and Gigadat has received my money from my bank and they informed VideoSlots the money was there for them to pick up.

VideoSlots say they have no record of it, but Gigadat says they can see the money was grabbed by VideoSlots...I would consider this technically stealing from a casino when they deny it. I have never been ripped off. I have already escalated this many times through the casino chat and they say it may take up to 24 hrs for me to get a response from their support...The way I look at it, if it didn't show at start of the deposit, it never happen, but the proof is in the pudding. I will never deposit there again. I'll take my loss, be warn though people.

Same thing happened to me. I had two deposits of $500 and $550. Turns out gigadat had the money all along. My bank said the money was deposited and videoslots couldn’t find the money. Gigadat held my money hostage for about 7 months before finally sending it back to me. Sunday’s are the best time to contact gigadat by email. Good luck.

Gigadat is a Canadian hub for all E-transfers through banks going out to whom ever. You make a deposit through E-transfer through your bank, Gigadat grabs it as the middle guy per say for international transactions, you add a special characters through the casino E-transfer, hand shake and funds are deposited into the Casino.

This method is quick and fast without any fees. Same applies to withdrawals from a casino through E-transfer, it hits your bank in seconds

Oh, and I found out both VideoSlots and Gigadat are accusing the other, one is saying they have deposited the money, and the other is saying they haven't received the money. What better time to fight this out on a long weekend. If I do get anything out of this, it won't be until Tuesday.

Their payments team - or the team who investigates issues seems really slow Nystromia.  I'm still waiting on a withdrawal to be investigated and sent to me after nearly three weeks.  Good luck.  Hope you get it soon.

Terrible service son   😞    The part of your original statement that really triggered me was * I'll take my loss, be warn though people *  tut tut !!!   never accept a loss if it's not your fault , roll the sleeves up and get stuck into them pal , these companies make enough as it is . You fight this and dont give up till you get a settlement.

Exact same thing happened to me as well. I've been waiting since Thursday of easter weekend for my deposit on Videoslots. Gigadat even sent me the transaction number for the deposit and I've given it to Videoslots but I'm still waiting on my deposit as well.
