I open an account with party casino and received verification email that saying I'm fully verified and I can now deposit withdrawal full access to my account etc .. I made deposit and won over 2k then I try to make a withdrawal my winnings but they block my account for responsible gambling reason😁😁.  I have chat with casino and I been told that I have self exclusion myself from one of they sister  casinos. If its so how come I registered new account with same details with party casino ?? Why did they send me verification email?? I'm fully verified I can deposit and withdrawal??? They are trying to resolve my issue and if I'm not joy with answer then I will take my case to ADR .. UK Gambling Commission and even court..

Do you have a self exclusion from one of the sister sites? Ul get your deposit back but if ur self excluded I don't think you will get any winnings, you might be lucky, keep us posted, it should have flagged up straight away that you wer excluded and def should not have went as far as verification.

Hi @Val72,

@Val72 Good luck with trying to recoup any of your money.

Assuming you reside in the UK and that this issue needs to be escalated, the complaints routes are covered in #22 of the Terms & Conditions:
https://help.partycasino.com/en/general-information/legal-matters/general-terms-and-conditions/general-uk-and-row/notices-complaints

Please take note that by signing up at Partycasino, you broke the T&C rules about self-exclusion in 'the Group'*  that are stipulated in #20.

* Googled Partycasino group: Following the 2011 merger of Party Gaming PLC and bwin Interactive Entertainment AG, PartyCasino became one of Gaming VC Holdings PLC’s (GVC) leading casino brands.[2] The company has four main product verticals, sports, casino, poker and bingo, as well as other core brands such as, CasinoClub, Betboo, Sportingbet, Bwin, partypoker, Foxy Bingo and Gioco Digitale.[3]

I was quoting pretty much the same as vanHooff. It’s very unfortunate, but everything here is covered by their T&C’s. If you had an active account upon exclusion it would be a mistake from their side, but they cannot track every exclusion in the registration process. That’s your own responsibility.

Not knowing full details, I suspect that OP will get his deposit returned but will not get any of his winnings.

Through the years I have read more than ten similar threads where players signed up at a casino while self-excluded at another casino in the group.
After losing their deposits, they post on forums complaining about not getting enough customer protection from the casino that should have known that
player is a problem gambler because of the self-exclusion at the sister site, and claim back their deposits.

Not saying any of this is the case with OP of course, probably not, just providing some context.

If you lose your money, do you then also get your money back because you’re self excluded at a sister casino?

I am inclined to believe so although as a player I do not know the numbers.
This enables a type of scamming: self-exclude at casino 1, try to cash any winnings from casino 2 or claim back the losses.

Only when you ask and fight for it , lot of people just loose not knowing that they can reclaim their deposits especially when same group owns 20+ casino sites . This is sick that the casino didn't find him being self- excluded when his account was " verified " now when he tries to withdraw , all of us a sudden they got tip from probably FBI.

Hes already spoke to the casino and they have told him why, if your self excluded on one site belonging to a casino then u can't play on the others, everyone knows this, will be getting deposit back and should be grateful at that as clearly has broken the rules as stated in van hoofs post above where the self exclusion rules are explained, it's unfortunate but that's the terms and conditions.

Have you tried reaching out to their customer service? try to contact or email them, maybe withdraw your money to an affiliate casino.

Withdrew £70 from videos lots on 02/12/21, today is the 12/01/22,still haven't been paid, just told to wait, its under investigation. Absolutely shit site, poor service. Idiot customer service reps. Feel like I've been lied to over and over again. I could understand if it was thousands but it's not. Avoid at all cost. Truly awful.
