i've won 6875 euro and they take it away

i've won 6875 euro , wagger done , i withdraw 4000 euro and keep 2800 to play. 10m later i play a game and see 200 euro on my account.
So i check my balance and yess al the money gone.
They forfait my money because i played on fruit party and i buyed the bonusses. never more than 1,6 euro.
But for them its more than the 5 euro.

in the terms there is not one single line that says you can't buy bonusses.

I ve played for so long , and every time watched out for the wagger. Never in my live i've been scammed like this.
7k euro gone waw.

Can you even imagine how you can feel about this, was so long that i ve won and then you win the 5000x on fruit party, your in the moon , and 10m later your in hell.

The bonus terms were last updated on April 29th 2020. So i think its pretty visible, that the terms arent changed since then

It's normal on every casino for average joe. Yes people should read the small print but in real life nobody reads the small print. 

 

The problem here is that certain streamers have deals with casino's that allows them to play buying bonusses without breaching the terms. People might see this as that it is allowed. Again a false reality.

Don't bonus buy with bonus money.

A bonus round, no matter how many spins the bonus round consists of, is still 1 bet and 1 spin.

You buy a bonus for £50 then you are doing 1 bet at £50, 1 spin at £50;  it is over the £5 bet per spin condition that every site I've ever played at has in the T&C.

If you look at your gaming history it would just show: Bet £50

It doesn't show: Bet £50 (100x£0.50)
