At that moment (september 26 2020) I NEVER RECEIVED MY $491 WITHDRAWAL. I speaked many time with customer's services. And today, in the chat, speaking with a customer service, i just asking that i want reduce my deposit limit. She said" what's the reason you want to reduce your deposit limit." I just said that's my decision because i know MY LIMIT. im a gambler but i know how to live with that problem. She said. So you said if i understand, you've got gambling problem. Yes but i know my limit. SHE DECIDE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. SHE DO THAT TO HELPING ME. Ok i agree but what will happened with my $491 withdrawal.??? NO FUCKING ANSWER.
