Fake Money & UKGC Ban on Twitch Streamers

Someone has reached out who codes websites for a living and  said this, it pretty much confirms what we have been thinking.

If you look on his website, none of the Casinos in this brand, "Spinz", "Winston Bet", "Awsome Spins" or "Jungle Spins" have affiliate tracking ID's in the URL.  Have a look. This is the same for his YouTube and Twitch profile, its just raw links to the website.

https://chipmonkzslots.com/

This is what every URL will look like, each link has a code on it

This is what Winston, Spinz, Jungle, Awsome look like:

He is not tracking the visits to these casinos, so that means he does not get paid for  sign ups to them as an affiliate. Why would he do that?

Because he's on the fixed fee &  deposit cover per video. There is no reason why he would be promoting Casinos that he cannot get affiliate earnings from so this means he must be getting paid some other way none of those streamers are spending £3,000 a day on these dodgy brand for free, are they?

None  of THOSE dodgy ones he gets the fixed fee per video have this tracking. Have a look...

So why? Why could he possibly send traffic to that casinos for free without his affiliate ID? Because  he's getting paid outside the normal scope for them.

The deposit cover would surely constitute income and be taxable.

Whether the streamer wins or loses with the covered deposit, assuming it is real money and can in fact be withdrawn at some point, it would be income and therefore taxable.

The only way it isn't tax fraud, for the casino as well is:

If it is fake money and always has been fake money

or

The streamer is declaring the covered deposits as income and paying tax on the initial covered deposit amount.

Am I wrong?

Maybe the UK government should be paying 70% of the deposits under the furlough scheme!

Just to clarify

I do not get paid a fixed fee per video also this guy has posted this accross many sites making these claims.

Always a new account as well.

An example of what he is saying and quoting me as saying

Sadly i can not do much if people decide to try and make lies up.

I am currently taking legal advice to make sure this does not happen again.

Thanks

So your website coding expert doesn't realize people can alter the viewable URL to be different from the source URL? Having a URL with numbers/codes related to affiliation looks less attractive than the casino's normal URL. It's better to hide the affiliation code.

Another option could be that he gets paid per website hit/click rather than sign-up.

Affiliated, paid.....it's work. Doesn't matter what way it is done or carried out. It is paid work.

He is right though. If you look at his website:

Spinson - direct to casino website

Winstonbet - direct to casino website

Awesome Spins - direct to casino website

All the other casinos have either affiliate tags or go via a redirect on his website.

Why else would those three casinos not have an affiliate tag so no commission is made unless he gets a fixed fee for having a banner on his website or a fixed fee for each video made.

Yeah, it looks like they are direct. Although I wouldn't look too much into it.

Sponsorship deal for the amount of hits his website gets and having the casino banner on his reccomended list probably.

It's basically getting paid for doing a job, no matter what way he gets the paid.

Anyway, I'm not sure why I am even in here, I don't watch chip myself. :D

Just don't like to see people wrongly accused I guess, better to share all the facts and get it right before shitting on someones livelihood.

But if that is the case, then be open and honest about it when challenged else you possibly going to find yourself in "Rosh" fake money streaming territory.

It has always been the unwritten rule in the Twitch casino section that you are expected to play with your own money, not money given by the casino when there is absolutely no risk attached to it.

Put it this way.... if he gets sponsored his deposit for each video created, then there will be a restriction on the amount he can cash out as it otherwise is not going to be financially sustainable for the casino. That makes those "big" wins plus the fake reactions rather not so big and exciting then if you can't cash all of it out.

Don't forget not long time ago Chip posted video when he was almost crying that he cannot afford to continue gambling and now we can see him splashing thousands of pounds each week highrolling shit out slots.so when I see him hitting couple of grand and reaction kind of"i can not believe this "I feel like I'm gonna vomit. I think myself that rosh is fake but I am not a streamer I don't accuse other streamers for being false but as wee can see there is some streamers that are clearly putting all attention on others guys so they can continue with their scam

Wow, good luck in your legal quest that miss-quote is seriously incorrect and damaging.

I take it your NDA is no longer valid as your mood has changed?

Do you threaten all your viewers with legal action for asking questions you don't like? Does your legal advice have jurisdiction over other countries?

So what you are saying is your allowing the forum owners allow defaming content (your words, also lies BTW) but the people saying it need to be punished?

  • Chipmonkz put offers on his website for weeks without Terms and Conditions. Against ASA & UKGC Rules
  • Chipmonkz had a under 25 female promoting slots on a weekly basis Against ASA & UKGC Rules
  • Chipmonkz has a like and comment competition, against YouTube Rules, also no age verification is done on these against general Trading standards.
  • Chipmonkz has started a Pokemon channel
  • Chipmonkz is starting a scratch card channel (were you only need to be 16 to buy in the Uk) Is this a gateway to online gaming?

Nothing personal against Alvin, but maybe he can explain this. You are taking offence by the comments made against you (even threatening legal action) yet it was you some time ago that made a video accusing others playing with fake money and having to prove they are not by showing deposits and withdrawals? Wasn't it Rocknrolla too that made such video?

What's good for the goose and all that good stuff......

I think it's time that Chipmonkz owns up now. He has been caught out with this one and is now threatening members here when they have evidence that shows non-affiliate links on his site and  social media.

Let me submit NEW evidence below that will confirm one of two things. That Chipmonkz either owns/has a share in these casinos or receives a payment per video to promote. We all know that he is a marketing man, so forgetting to add the correct link or code would never happen. No decent affiliate would promote such crap brands.

The images show on yesterdays and todays video direct link to casino rather than affiliate link

I would love to hear @Nick opinion on this considering him and Alvin are 'streaming buddies'.  Nick has openly stated that being honest and transparent is very important.  @Nick has publicly slated other streamers before.  You guys at Casinogrounds got rid of a guy who was using non-withdrawable funds but at least he was completely honest.  If these allegations against @Chipmonkz are true then he has been leading his viewers up the garden path.  Obviously if he has an explanation then he deserves to be left alone and the accusers should apologize to him.

It was posted by a few people on another streamers chat last night that @Chipmonkz will be leaving Twitch.  No idea if true or not but I wonder why people would post it.  I agree 100% with @slotsplayer , If it is a paid per video deal there has to be a max cashout per bonus. Unfortunately I tend to agree that Alvins streaming behavior has  changed significantly since he got involved with these casinos.

To clarify there is no max cashout as i only play with real cash.

There is no per video fee as stated many times in previous threads.

All uk streamers are going to be restricted as to which casinos they can stream on twitch this is not just me.

I have now covered all points and will send proof of cashouts to Nick so he can see there is no max.

I will not be dicsussing this further as i feel i have more than covered the concerns raised.

Can you explain why there are direct links to those casinos and no affiliate tags on them?  How do you track hits?

Lying before?

Yes, for example when Casumo pulled the affiliate programme from the UK, and you were being accused of being the one who caused that to happen (by Nicola IIRC), by using Chloe to advertise them, who was under 25, you stated you had NEVER used Chloe to promote Casumo. That was a blatant lie.

Point being, if you have a reputation of telling lies, then you have to work twice as hard to get people to believe you in the future, and can't really complain too much when people view future statements with suspicion.

Away from that, I don't really see what the problem is, loads of affiliates all over the world, get paid residency fees, it is a bit strange not to have any tracking links, but using income for your deposits is no different to anyone else, which is what I presume is happening here. Even if you are getting paid per video, so what? As long as you aren't using fake money, I don't really see that any different to being on rev share or CPA and using that to deposit.
