Wildz.com (AGAIN!)

Wildz.com is again being VERY difficult. I should have learned the first time (1 month to vertify), but since the vertification was already done, I thought I'd give them another change. 

That was a mistake.

They changed withdrawal option to a single option. This is Much Better.
Now they want my phone bill to vertify my much better account.
My phone is paid by my company, so my name will not show up any places.

Before they receive a phone bill in my name, they refuse to pay out.

I ask them again on chat today, but they disconnected the chat and sent me a mail.
We need a copy of your phone bill:

"Same name as account on Wildz.com" - Impossible. My phone is register to the company.

What to do? Since I have had a couple of ad experiences, I only use casinos that is on CasinoGrounds or Kim's page.
I thought this was safe..

@LetsGiveItASpin - Maybe you could help out?

I will close my account as soon as they have payed out my 4000.
It odd that the casino is under "trusted casinos" at LetsGiveItAspin.com and also on frontpage of CasinoGrounds. 
I know that it's always up to the casino and all CasinoGrounds could to is ask, but when it's constant complains of one casino, maybe they shouldn't be considered as "trusted casino"?

I've sent in documents countless times. I uses 5 different casinos now and the same documents is always accepted right away at other casinos, but at Widz, your need to get in hold with your bank. Your bank will need to create a bank statement that involves all the info they are asking for. I sent in documents in total of 17 times before they was accepted at Wildz.com. 

After being in contact with MuchBetter, they have sent all information to me and directly to Wildz.com to validate that account to. 
I also uploaded the document to make sure they have it.
They haven't responded since last Saturday.

Trusted casino is a very misleading and wide in term phrase. 😋

I think the best option is to find casinos that are certified under the term of being able to solve issues fast and clean via the site that secures the list of certified.

I understand know that "trusted casinos" means that the ones calling it that get paid 😋
What Casino would you recommend?

If they once stalled a withdrawal with slow verification process it should be a red sign to never play there again. These casinos make so much money on ppl losing their temper and cancel withdrawal. If i bump into a brand that does this kinda shit i just close my account right after the process is done.

After MuchBetter contacted them two times, then they finally approved my MuchBetter account.
I have withdrawed and closed my account and other assossiated with Roots. 

I saw the log from back in March when they first validated my account. It took me two months and several contacts with my bank. The bank actually needed they could generate documents that they asked for. They have never heard of what Wildz.com was requesting. 

I gave them two chances. They screwed me over both times. I am done.

This is pretty standard part of the verification stuff.. The phone or "utility" bill I mean.
In theory a bill for power or similar should have enough.

Was there no other option given to you?

Do you have the direct quote of what they were requesting? Didn't they just ask for a standard bank account statement, which shows your transactions, current balance for that single account etc? (That you can see/generate online for your own account while logged in to the bank).
Regarding the bank statement thing, it's intrusive, yes. Impossible to get hold of, no.


EDIT: I have never used WILDZ.
