Well guys i played free spins i win 22 euros almost i need to wager 980 euros to be cash in this try of wagger i had this win after this all removed never play at this casino really. The terms and conditions is not clear and use it as they want.

But yeah I also noticed , in some casinos if you get free spins, the max you can win is like 50 euros, don't get the rest. I read that once on one of the casinos but you're right, it's not always obvious unless you dig into the terms....

I'm from Belgium, the gaming commission has banned every kind of bonus money and free spins, when we play we always play with our own money.

That's a very good thing, you should consider never ever taking free spins or bonus money again to avoid this kinda thing. Nowadays when I win, I know it's mine to withdraw right away and it should be like that everywhere imo

Report them to gambling commission what casino was it hate when they do this yes the rules are rules and it's correct to take it back but most casino count it as RTP and keep it as paid out to player very dodgy how so many people win massive from free spins it's for that exact reason corrupted

But that being said it says very clearly in the terms that Max win is 50euro from free spins, i dont know how they could make it anymore clear. "3. Any winnings generated from free spins will be awarded, with a wagering requirement of 40 (forty). The maximum amount of winnings that will be paid out resulting from any free spin round will be 50 CAD/USD/EUR/AUD, 500 NOK, 700 ZAR, 200 PLN or 3,000 RUB, 0.00500000 BTC, 0.050000000 ETH, 0.00500000 BCH, 0.25000000 LTC and 1,400.00000000 DOG.

You need to take this further. 

If what you are saying is true then you have not broken the T&C's.

You got 50 freespins and won £20 - the T&C state that the maximum winnings from any freespin round is £50, the freespins paid £20 with an £800 wagering requirement.

The freespins paid £20, which is less then the maximum allowed freespin winning of £50 

The freespin phase the bonus is finished, what you now have is £20 with an £800 wagering requirement.

What subsequently happens with that money has nothing to do with the freespins anymore.

For example;

 if he took that £20 and did 20 spins at £1 and won in total £40 - his balance would be £40 with a £780 left to wager. It is outside of the freespins terms and conditions now -if it was still inside the freespins terms and conditions it would  be balance £40 with £1580 left to wager ( the remaning £780 wagering from the initial £20 won with freespins + £800 wagering to be done on the new £20 he has won with freespin money)

 

I have played on sites with similar terms - free spin winnings capped at £100- I won a small amount from the freespins and then from that small amount I  won over £3000 and was paid without issue..

I had 20 spins at £0.10 on starburst and won £7 from those which left me with a balance of £7 and a £245 wagering requirement - I took that £7 to Jamming Jars, thought fuck it, did 3 spins at £2 and won £3200 right away.

The winnings were not a result of the freespin round; the £20 was the result.

You need to make a complaint in my opinion.

I already said them exactly this. They refuse to paid me. I contact with an other person from casino also i send and direx nv but they don t answer to me at all. Believe me i try a lot i can t find any solution.

Very bad luck that was my first big win.
