Leovegas Blocked my account without any reason

I can't help you there. Please be aware that if they decide to block your account it's entirely up to them, I have no saying in it - can only ask, but if they don't tell me then I can't do anything more for you unfortunately. Probably not the response you wanted but there's not much I can do.

The same has happend to me a few years ago. When Leovegas opened up in denmark, i was very happy because i know this casino from i see Kim (letsgiveitaspin) play in the site. After making three deposit and three cashout in a row, one day i was not able to log in just said account blocked. I have contacted the support, and all they can say is "administration has decided to close your account". Seems they did not like i made profit on their site 😉

Mate same thing happend with me.I made huge profit that month after that they blocked my account 😣

That’s such a cop out @Skylined87. The group owns the majority of the company you work for. Your streamers harp on about how trustworthy they are blah blah. I bet it Kim or one of the other streamers was in this position your team would get to the bottom of it or remove them from your site? I guess because the person who has the issue is just a faceless viewer it’s not a big deal?

Still want us to sign up through your links tho as you can ‘help us’ and ‘look after us’. Is all bxll. Only ppl who can help players is mediators, ADRS and courts. You never help

Skylined isn't streamer, also he can't over power what leovegas have said as skylined previously mentions it's up to leovegas to block/unblock him.

Casinos certainly dont close players because theyre winning on slots or tablegames, obviously a casino wants to keep those players!

Also @KyleW they are absolutely trustworthy, you will always get the money out, blocking account or not they wont scam you of any cents so that doesnt make them anything like rouge , untrustworthy or anything else you described. A casino can block anyones account for zero reasons, just like any private business can deny you service if they just want to

That said, i dont really know why players would randomly be blocked, the only known case for me is professional sport betters!

Not true, i have been excluded from a casino. They did it after i made 13 or 14 withdrawels in a row. I first tried the 200% welcome bonus and i found out that some weird slots from a provider called betconstruct seem like they were broken. Broken in the good way, it was almost impossible for me to loose. So after completing the wager i cashed out and waited for my money come to my bank. After i had the first cashout completed, i made another deposit. From that i made another cashout. Then i made one more deposit and then i did a withdrawel of 1000 kr. everytime i got to 1500 kr. i made 10 withdrawels in the same day from the same deposit. In total 13 or 14 withdrawels not huge profit, but all won on the same 5 slots from betconstruct. First they excluded me from the casino, but they did in a nice way because i got all my money. After that i told my friend about my experience on this site after he had done four withdrawels they excluded all from Denmark playing betconstruct, before i played there betconstruct were only blocked for german players.

I asked in chat and by email and they only said look at paragraph 13.6 were it says they can close my account when they want to do it.

Added is screenshot of some of my win and some of the withdrawels, in total i paid out almost 40000 kr. with a total of 900 kr. deposit

But from my point of view they excluded me because i won 

Some of the betconstruct slots look so scam the one with a donald duck lookalike i dont think disney would be happy about

No need to do personal attacks now. Perhaps you don't understand how CG is structured. We have no say in how LeoVegas operates. What we can do is reach out to them and ask them to look into issues. If I get a response that they can't do anything then my reach stops there. There could be numerous reasons why someones account is blocked - responsible gambling, abuse in any shape and form, ...

To put it simple: I cannot overturn decisions made by LeoVegas and it's departments. They have procedures to follow, licenses to comply with any much more. This also applies to any other casinos I try to help with. I reach out to the contacts I have and if they're unable to solve the issue for various reasons, my effort stops there - I'm not superhuman and controlling everything casinos do. Usually there's also much more to the story than the players present. 

As for "You never help" I won't even comment on that, I'm pretty sure lot's of people on here can testify on my work.

sorry, i was to quick. I just saw the first line you wrote and thought hey that happend to me. 

And to be honest i have been playing for more than 5 years and i could feel something was wrong with the slots, the rtp must have been over a 100%. So i played knowing is not right, maybe bad of me. But the casino was fair and paid me the money all my withdrawels were aproved before i got banned.

@Skylined87 This comment was not needed, but takes a few secs to make but is worth much more. So just wanna say that seeing someone write "You never help" that would be the last thing i would say about you. You are known for being very helpful even on things that has nothing to do with the casino this site promotes. Like i said i think most people know that already, but needed to show 💗 for you.

Yes i am from Denmark

No, the casinos i play on outside Denmark allows players from denmark without vpn. But it can mean that on most curacao sites netent, pragmatic and quickspin are blocked for Danish users. But none of those three providers are my favorite so i Can live without them. Just remember to do check the sites review before you sign up. Sites owned by sg international, direx and N1 have all been fair to me. A few sites will allow you to use vpn, so you can play all slots but it is rare but I know a few sites that allows it, just remember to ask in chat support first.

You don’t help. At all. You use customer service appeasement techniques so players feel helped by you. But in reality you don’t help, you exhibit faux empathy and create the illusion of caring.

If you helped or cared you would not list many many many of the casinos on your site. You would have big disclaimers on casinos such as Leovegas @Slotspinner the fact you call them trustworthy is sickening. They were exposed as giving a streamer fake money two years ago and have had copious amounts of fines. They own the majority share in your company so do me a favour....

All of you at CG need to man up and look in the mirror and accept what you are. You are casino affiliates. The lowest of the low in the casino world. You make money and grow as a company by your viewers/ fans losing long term.

Its sickening and I implore everyone to do your research and realise affiliates will NEVER truly help you. They just want you to sign up through their links. 

 

If players want any form of help from an affiliate your best bet is Casino Guru or The Pogg. Don’t expect too much help as they are affiliates, but they are also mediation services so they will act as an open forum for disputes which others can see.....CG, Classy Beef, Casino daddy etc wont do this and only want the sign ups.
