Gonzo's Megaways Autospins

So I was playing Gonzo's Megaways on autospins with a loss limit on the autospins set to 30x stake. Upon finishing a set of autospins a box pops up and asks if I wanna reset autospins. I pressed yes, and the autospins started over. However, from the point which I restarted the autospins kept going past the 30x loss limit. 

Example:

300 euro start, 5 euro stake, 50 autospins with 150 euro loss limit. Finish 50 spins at 240 balance, 50 autospins restart through popup, takes balance to 50 euros and doesn't stop at 90 euros (which would be the loss limit based on the limit I set before).

Not that I really care for my sake, but isn't it this a bit shitty and possibly a punishable mistake by game supplier? I'd imagine this breaks some sort of responsible gaming requirement.
