Pokerstars Casino, easily the worst customer support!

I have to share this story to warn people how awful the customer support at Pokerstars is. It is easily the worst in the industry. 

34 days ago I noticed all of my "Lil Devil" hearts had been deleted, I was only one or two hearts away from the super feature so you could imagine my frustration and disappointment. I did do a quick google search and found that this has happened to people before and it was rectified in a timely manner. 

However, Pokerstars is a completely different beast, in the 34 days I received only one email asking me to play 1 spin on "Lil Devil" so they can transfer the progress, which obviously they have not done! 

One email in 34 days is pretty pathetic, they have offered no explanation or time frame of when the matter will be resolved. 

They offer a live support option which has been useless, they have said they have no news and ask me to be patient. 

 

I find it quite amusing just how bad their customer support is but I also then remember I have spend hundreds building up the hearts so the jokes on me really!

I have sent many emails which has elicited no response. 

They just don't really care!

 

Has anyone else had their hearts deleted? and how long did it take to get them back?

Interesting you should say that, my lil devil game has just gone off my sky Vegas account and like the OP stated I spent a lot of money getting near the top of a 20p 50p and £2 grind. Depending on my funds for the time depended on which grind I added to.
