NeonVegas is sketchy af

Hi guys. I really do not recommend playing at NeonVegas. I've tried to verify my account for 3 days now and every time they demand something new. it started with the normal id, bank details etc. Now they also for some reason want to see the backside of my passport as well as my bank account history. Before I uploaded the last documents I asked If everything seemed fine and they said that I only needed to be patient. today they said that the images were not clear and cropped wrongly which is bs. I asked how long I might wait to which they replied that the process needs to be reevaluated. in other words 3 more days I guess. 

Before all of this I wanted to withdraw 60 some € but couldn't due to the limit on withdrawals being 100€ which I found strange. than I managed to win and reach that level and then this crap started. Be careful guys. On top of all of that the people in the live chat are rude.

I have gotten both my withdrawal of 2k and 3,4k euro. I have a big profit there. They even give you loads of freespinn or bonus after you have lost or won. They reward you for beeing loyal.

Hi and congrats with your winnings!. Lets hope you're right mate  And thanks for the reply and I'll try to send bob a message. I just think its quite strange to ask about certain documents gradually instead of everything at once. it makes it seem like they're making things up as the y proceed. I will write when I eventually get my withdrawal through.

I contacted them on LC again now and they finally confirmed the withdrawal. Lets hope it doesn't take too long before I see the balance on my account. I really appreciate your help

Just got myself the new bonus, 500% with the wager of 20x. thought it was good. But after my money emptied, i found out that the bonus is a sticky one. So you dont get the bonus until i wagered my own money to get to use the bonus money. that sucked big style for me. 

what do you guys fell about such sticky bonuses. i wanna play for fun, but when they make these strict rules, it not fun any more.
