Scatters Casino - Delaying withdrawal

Hi, making this post in order to warn others.

As of July 24th I made a withdrawal of 5000 euro on Scatters and as of right now the withdrawal is still pending.

After several days of nothing happening I questioned why, and got told that I had to verify my KYC.

Figured it was pretty weird not to get that info right from the start instead of having to ask for it, however I sent it in Aug 1st and then waited again.

On aug 4th I finally got a reply, they said that they where still waiting for the documents needed for the KYC. Sent them again(!) and a while after I got verified.

Now Im waiting for my withdrawal and I cant understand why nothing is happening.

General answers im getting are:

- Please allow 2-3 work days

- We are handling every withdrawal asap

- We are sorry for the waiting

I have been sending tons of email and speaking to them multiple times in livechat, imo its ridiculous with this kind of waiting time.

Also gotta add that in the past I have been making lots of withdrawals on this site and the withdrawals has been close to instant, so this really seems weird.

Here is the same problem .i wait now over 8 days for my payment. Seems like that a system behind that to delay the cashouts. Support could help me 0. My account is verfiied and its a small amount. Thats not correct and everybody shoudl be caefull when he want good support and fast payments with this Casino. Its horrible and nobody help anything in this case. Will write mga and on other websites about this problem. thx

The problem I had with Scatters was that you had to reply to the exact same email address that you got the KYC-mail from. Otherwise it didn't count (or something). I also waited long time, two weeks, before I got verified. After that, I had the withdrawals in under 1 h, no problemas.
