Rizk tries to scam, again.

Well, every single time theres something wrong on Rizk. Its an absolute joke.

On the 28th of July, at 12:14:31 UTC i staked €500 on the banker and i had a €500.50 balance. The bet got accepted, and it showed banker as the winner. After the hand was dealt it suddenly said “rejected because lf insufficient funds” which is clearly incorrect. Evolution also acknowledged this, which i have a screenshot of. It was due to an technical error, they immedeately created an case.

Now Rizk is trying to claim that i staked €1000 on the banker - which was lower than my actual balance, which therefore makes it IMPOSSIBLE to even try and do that. If you’d try and bet anything over your balance it keeps the full balance staked where you have it, and then it shows a popup asking if you want to go to the cashier to deposit anything more. So what they are claiming is absolutely false. Also, its not the first time i have problems with Rizk and its very very clear to me that they are just trying to find ways not to pay me now.

The last email from rizk:

Hi Mike,

Thank you for getting back to us.

My name is ***** and I am the Senior agent on duty for the customer support team here at Rizk .

Further to your email, we can of course see that you had been in contact with a member of staff who had informed you that your query will be investigated.

After our investigation with the provider they have informed us that for the Baccarat game on the 28th of July at 12:14:31 UTC, your bets were rejected because we received an Invalid response due to insufficient funds on your Rizk account.

This being said, we have also looked into your account history and can confirm that you unfortunately did not have enough funds at the time you placed your bet.

We appreciate your understanding with the above and wish you a lovely day ahead.

Best regards,
******
Rizk Customer Service.

They are just trying their utmost best not to pay me a penny here, whilst i have clear proof i have made a valid bet and it was due to tech issues on their side.

Why do you keep playing there if you have all these problems and think that they are trying to not pay you?

They deposits and withdrawals are decent, and their promos every now and then aswell.

You’d think someone on here could help out?

i dont think you gonna get more help here. I myself had an issue with amunra casino and i wrote a complain on askgamlers and through them i got a response from the casino. Just remember if you start calling the casino scam likewise then your complaint will not be posted on askgamblers. So take a deep breath before you try to post your complain and also please know it can be many days before you will get a response.

I know how you’re feeling and this is the reason I’ve responded.I had problems like this before on other casinos so they’re all the same, I know a lot of people who have genuinely had the funds available like yourself, they place a bet and it either doesn’t get accepted or it looks like it has, only to find out after they win that a “technical error” has occurred after they thought they won, it happens and I know it feels like a kick in the balls but you have almost no chance of getting the money. They cover themselves for events like this, if you ever open a slot or play a slot you’ll see it say something like an error or malfunction will result in the loss of your winnings and table games are no different .

I was told by a casino support many years ago, “ we don’t get people who had losing bets refunded complaining”, it didn’t make me feel any better but you can see their attitude towards events like this. I’m not on their side I can tell you that much but you can see the predicament, in your case if it was a technical irregularity you have to think that people on player who lost would’ve been happy to get their losing bet back.

I would move on mate, put a cooler on all MT SECURETRADE ltd( I believe they are the owners of Rizk)owned casinos for a start. They’ll not lose any sleep over you going but at least you’ll not be giving them any more of your money.

I hope I’m wrong and you get your winnings somehow but in my case I went to everyone I could at the time and nobody wanted to know, even a legal girl I was friendly with said it’s not worth the aggravation as the casinos have the law on their side and that law was designed for casinos by casinos for their protection and not the players.

Good Luck and hope you find some peace with all this.

They should lose some sleep over me as im a player that has deposited over €100,000 in the last 6 months and that has recieved ZERO VIP/loyalty service or anything. Not that i really particularly want any, but still i have been a very very decent player to them. But all that aside :)

My main thing is, you cant say you accept a bet, then show the results, and then when you need to pay out to say “whoops, technical error, your bet is rejected!”

Then evolution says there has been an technical error upon payout and they have immedeately contacted my casino, and then Rizk comes up with a shitty excuse that i staked double of what i had - which is simply IMPOSSIBLE in any single way. I have sent videoproof of that, and after that they just stopped replying.

And i know the casinos got the law on their side but i am really not accepting anything like this, simply cause when i am getting cheated, many many others will too.

@OneMoreBet

It’s not possible to say whether an individual has a problem or not with so little information.

Bear In mind that:
 €100 000 deposited doesn’t mean £100 000 lost.

To some people €100 000 represents the same fraction of their total money as €100 does to someone else.

My deposits were around the £250 000 mark in 2019, my cash outs were £300 000. I made £50 000 profit- do I have a gambling problem?

Maybe, maybe not.

Has nothing to do with my deposit amount though.
