Exposing Potential Scam Casino - Casollo

Recently ive started to play on a site called Casollo Casino. Theyve attracted me with a nice reload bonus, which terms ive checked and seemed fine, and ive checked if the casino has an operating licence...what i did not check was what type of license it is, which will now probably cost me about 5.5k of money.

After couple of highly unusual communications with their support, ive started doing a little research. Turns out many of the casinos out there are operating under a fishy licenses issued in Curacao. These are:

Antillephone N.V. which also operates under the name Gamings Licenses (sic). The license number of this company is 8048 / JAZ.

Curaçao eGaming: this company provides eGaming licenses, where eGaming refers to the name of the company and not to the purpose of the license. Curacao eGaming license number is 1668 / JAZ.

Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. under license number 5536 / JAZ.

Gaming Curacao N.V. under license number 365 / JAZ.

** casollo operates under this license.

All these turn out to be licenses issued under telecommunication sector and not gambling. I advise caution dealing with these casinos.

Now ive been thinking a lot how to properly dead with these guys, so ive started by first validating the licenses and games they provide. Ive spoken with Mr. Mizzi

at NoLimitCity (game provider) - they run Tombstone, deadwood etc....ive won biggest sums on Tombstone on this casino.....ive asked him if he can confirm the validity of the games to which he replied: `At first glance we can't seem to recognise the brand, but it's likely that this site may be going through one of our aggregator and/or Whitelabel partners who may seem to be loading the games incorrectly and do not always disclose the brands we are live on through them.` He did say they will investigate further. I will update the forums with the outcome.  Ive also contacted other manufacturers. The second thing im going to do is to start uploading video clips of dealing with them. Im also thinking to start my BumSlot Stream by dealing with these guys. Im sure there are a lot of people out there being scammed like this, that would find these type of infos very useful. BTW* anyone that can help on this matter, please come forward. more help and info we can get, the better. ty Anything else i could do to put pressure on the casino? Hi buddy. I have the same problem as you. I managed to cashout 4k three weeks ago, but I have not received any information about my payment from the office yet. Livechat forwarded my request several times but of course it did not help. I asked askgamblers but they can't help me.  In our Polish forum, a few people get paid, but it took so long.

Let me know if you'll know something or you will hopefully get your money.

Casollo is under ownership of stage5 n.v which operates scam casinos such as: JOKERINO , CASINO4DREAMS, CROWNCAS, 

1ACASINO. 

All of those casinos are scam. In reality they don't have licence. By the time they don't have licence, they don't pay. 

*Before you sign up and deposit you always have to do a background check on the owner. Best owners are 2 right now personally that operate in the industry.

Hey guys. Im slowly closing the circle on them. Ive managed to get in contact with their license issuer, the slot providers that ive won my money on, we are now cooperating on clarifying this issue. Ive also managed to get personal mails from people running this company, their accounting etc... Dunno how much this can help, but the last thing i do before i get scammed completely is,  I will start a live stream dumping all this info on net - and im gonna ask for help of our buddies at Casino Daddy, this forum etc...to spread the news and awareness.

 

Thing is, that many people did managed to get paid out, some are still fighting for it, so there is a slight chance, this could go through without me having to have a lill breakdown

Antillephone NV 8048/JAZ is one of four master license holders issued by the Minister of Justice in Curacao – and as such, they’re allowed to operate online gambling services to players around the world, as well as sub-licensing other operators wishing to base themselves in Curacao.

While Curacao is seen to be somewhat of a laughable operator in the online gambling world, Antillephone NV 8048/JAZ are by far the best of the master license holders

Just one question. There are tons of trustable casinos out there. Back when i played casino i only used trustworthy big brands like Leovegas, casumo etc. Why on earth even deposit on shady sites like this?

 

however, i hope you get your money and learn from this experience. You obviously deserve it but i kinda just wish everyone stopped using scam sites so they wouldnt exist.

Indeed. Well im playing on multiple sites at once...im trying to build content for yt channel. I do check if the site has a license, but in this case that wasnt enough as it seems. Will be much more careful from now on. tx

well, ive read a ton of articles about these licenses and overall they seem shady. Here is the explanation as to why they are not the best licenses out there. https://game-protect.com/curacao-license-scam/

Also, the country had a bit of a scandal at the beginning of this year. They arrested a government official involved in casino license scam and ties to mafia, and the government of Curacao stated these operators are putting their country in bad light, so they promised to crack down on these scammers.

yes. I did however managed to get them to pay out 1k...but then they simply removed my remaining balance which was 6.2k. When i asked them why did they remove my balance, they said that i was only able to whitdraw 100X the deposit...which in my case was 10euro. But i couldnt find that in any bonus terms...so i think they are just trying to scam me again.

on bonus terms it clearly says there is no maximum payout..all you have to do is wager the bonus:

It says in their terms under 6.7.5. "The maximum withdraw result of a deposit equals to 100x of the deposited amount" 

Shitty site shitty terms. 

I hope you Learned to read all the terms at least twice before using a new site it is time well spend. 

Even it sucks to not have it all paid out, you still have a very nice profit. I hope you are happy for that, but I now it is far from the amazing wins you had

I had LCB check their terms, they confirmed my statement. I think this term nr.5 does not imply to regular accounts and actions. Think about it. They run jackpot games as well. And how do you pay out winnings on slots where my bet hit multipliers over 100X (in case i bet my whole 10euro deposit on one spin and hit 1000x).. All this doesnt add up, but one thing is for sure, this site and its company are shady as hell.

YES I have had same problem with a SCAMCASINO called KryptoSino.com, they took my deposit of XMR and because of the private blockchain just denied the transaction, once I sent them the transaction ID they just blocked my communications.  Upon further investigations I contacted whom i thought was the licence issuer Curaçao eGaming they had no idea who they were then i googled 8048/JAZ2021-074, issued by Antillephone N.V. which lead me to this site reporting yet another scam casino operating this way. Please people unless you are in the mood of giving your money away avoid KryptoSino.com.
