Teamkayenne Posted 29 July, 2020 Share Posted 29 July, 2020 open network and internet settings go to your connection and press it. Then press properties Scroll down and un-tick the ipv6 restart it. If it doesnt work then reset your router. (complete reset) if this doesnt work then i dont know what it is. Link to comment

I did all the above, apart from the router restart / I disconnected totally from it and tried it from my mobile network still the same .... After sending email to the support team I got reply and they will update me within 24 hours. There should not be a problem with verifying it so I believe all done.
