Casilando wants to suspend my account to investigate an issue on their end

I played some slots deposit ( 30+30 ). Got down to ~20. Switched to BJ, got down to 8, brought it back to 20. Switched games, 8€ vanished from my balance.

Casilando solution is to suspend my account for x amount of time. I offered them an option to refund the original deposit or replace the deficit of ~8€ to my account. They refused. I offered them to let me play on slots and replace the deficit ( lets be real its a really small amount ), they refused. 

They said that " I'm the only one with access to this game " which sounds vague to say the least.

Before this the last support agent just ended the conversation without saying a word after I provided my info. 

Willing to send login email if theres someone who can legitimately handle the issue.

I know it's not a lot of money but I'm not going to get screwed over playing online casinos. I'll fight tooth and nail out of principle. 

I know that it is very hard to prove that I'm right but just a word of warning. Be careful. 

I don't think there's any definite proof that I can supply from my part since I don't have screen recording enabled or anything else.

Give them some time to sort it out.

Looks like you've accidentally stumbled across a flaw in their system. Your account will be flagged as a security risk as it's connected to the incident, whatever that may be. Once the issue is fixed and they can be sure you're not maliciously attacking their site they will restore your access.

It has happened to me before, somehow set a slot to take 2 wagers ever time you pressed spin, it would do this for a random amount of time and then suddenly reimburse the extra money it had taken. I actually contacted the casino about it, they were able to recreate it on their end. They still locked me out of my account until they had investigated and fixed the issue as it was part of their security procedure to do so.

As @dirtystack said its nothing to worry about. The procedure is known to every casino. The time your account will be locked, differs from casino to casino but never exceeds 1 month.

So yeah basically they said " no error on our end ". Fuck me. Obviously I can't prove anything since I wasn't recording at the time but truly sucks they'd fuck over customers for couple bucks.

They locked me out today also and on all WHG sites. I have no idea why as anyone wants to play here if they keep doing this.

Yeah weird af. I hope casinogrounds wakes up to this bullshit. Don't promote scetchy casinos, there's more than enough legitimate ones.

OMG a casino that’s unfair to the average punter? Surely not! Should have said you were a streamer then you would have got loads of goodies sent to you so you can play for free 👍
